text CIA - "The dark side; that’s what we do." justin, Saturday, May 12 2012, 11:41pm
Don't kid yourselves, CIA practices are not peculiar to so-called 'intelligence' (criminal) agencies. By way of backgrounding the following story I would relate some of my personal experiences with State crime and the criminals that work for government regulatory agencies.

drone.jpg image US War Crimes Becoming Routine Glenn Greenwald via sam, Tuesday, May 8 2012, 11:25pm
Favourite war crime weapon deployed by the CIA and military -- DRONES -- have done their IMPRECISE, dastardly job again and killed more women and CHILDREN. The command to launch -- deadly and imprecise by nature -- missiles was given in the full knowledge that civilians would also be killed, that ACTION constitutes a war crime in any Court on the globe, there's no avoiding the legal issue but there is avoiding RESPONSIBILITY simply because the passive American population, in the face of heinous (conscious) MURDER, allows its government to commit these crimes. The people are therefore complicit -- a condition elite cabals desperately sought to create! (story and 1 comment and 1 image)

text Who is the "Enemy?" Bradley Manning to be tried for aiding TRUTH and Liberty red, Saturday, Apr 28 2012, 1:52am
Good lawyers and investigators would have a field day with this case and the moronic, CORRUPT and PARTIAL military 'court.' Remember that president Obama himself stated openly that Manning was GUILTY! Which absurdist trial are we prosecuting today , Mr Barack Alice Kafka? You people have lost it, big time! The WORLD (history) is watching you imbeciles imploding in your own cesspool of lies, distortions, deceptions and unreality -- what a tragic circus!

Franz Kafka image Bradley Manning Court Martial to Proceed judd, Wednesday, Apr 25 2012, 10:16am
A motion filed by Bradley Manning's lawyers to dismiss all charges against prisoner of conscience Pfc Manning has been denied by military judge Col. Denise Lind. However, she did order existing national 'damage' assessments made by various security agencies and government departments to be presented to the Court. (story and 2 comments and 1 image)

Successive SPINELESS and SERVILE Oz governments have allowed Corporations to EXPLOIT average Aussies for decades without demanding explanations for BRAZEN overcharging. Australian's pay 150% more for their electricity than Canadians for no good reason, well, there is one, Aussies are apathetic, gutless morons that accept overcharging by Corporations without protestation, so why should government worry?

The Coalition of Willing Criminals image Tribunal to Hear Second War Crime Charge Against Bush & Associates Will, Monday, Apr 16 2012, 8:12am
All well and good, but you have already convicted Bush and others in the FIRST trial -- would it be more appropriate to now SENTENCE him to DEATH, effective immediately? To be shot on sight by any moral, just and law abiding citizen -- sentence would also apply to other coalition members, Howard and Blair. That sentence and its execution would be fairer than anything American/NATO war criminals offered their many INNOCENT civilian victims. (story and 1 comment and 2 images)

text ICC, Clearly a Criminal Puppet Court for US/NATO Margaret Kimberley via stele, Sunday, Apr 15 2012, 10:27pm
The (soon to be FATAL) dissociative pathology of today's minority global ruling elites is perhaps most clearly demonstrated by the (non)actions of the absurd, Kafkaesque International Criminal Court at the Hague. Since it was established it only prosecutes enemies of the US/NATO and remains completely BLIND to the atrocities committed by Israel, America and NATO on numerous fronts, regardless of the MANY appeals made to it by other nations/groups!

John 'Dr rodent' Howard image The Measure of a Reprehensible Political Criminal baz, Tuesday, Apr 10 2012, 10:16am
Some would remember, though most would prefer to forget, John Howard, former Oz PM and the third member of the coalition of willing criminals that led the illegal invasion on Iraq on behalf of Oil Companies and other vested Commercial interests. Today we know that that criminal enterprise resulted in over one million civilian deaths and four million displaced persons. Bush, Blair and Howard all LIED on record regarding the existence of WMD; Blair, in an effort to top the other two lying criminals, stated in parliament that Saddam could launch an attack on Britain in 45 of the most absurd minutes that modern history has recorded -- it was a surreal period in world history, one in which the law was completely subverted by a cabal of sociopathic elites and corporate criminals at the very top echelon of global society. There they were again, about a dozen young cops with their sniffer dogs sweeping the pub next to my friend's café. My friend always dreads when police sweeps coincide with one of my visits, he knows I have an acute sense of justice and fair play and am likely to undiplomatically voice my opinion.

text Iraq: A 'Timely' Revelation - 10 years After the Event! Jonathan Owen via jay, Sunday, Apr 1 2012, 10:26pm
One of a few CIA hand-picked Iraqi defectors has finally spilled his guts over the sordid criminal enterprise that led to the illegal invasion of Iraq and the deaths of over one million innocent civilians and the ruination of a nation (but what have we done about the LIBYAN travesty?)

The revelation comes ten years TOO LATE! It is of no consequence today, as the masses have been completely DEFEATED -- indefinite detention, legal assassinations, etc! Nothing will come of it, the people are incapable of saving their own lives in the face of (paralysing) OVERT criminality from the executive and its backers -- it was planned that way! While the people 'read' what the TAME mass media 'writes', criminal forces CONTINUE to wreak havoc everywhere they intervene -- that is the REALITY of the situation T-O-D-A-Y. The American people are not worth a pinch of shit!

It's getting expensive these days to be a bad citizen in America, if you're a major bank. A growing number of cities around the country have passed, introduced or drafted responsible banking ordinances that hit big financial institutions where it hurts most - the pocketbook.

Regardless of Party all these puppets serve the same Wall St and Corproate CRIMINAL Interests image War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity staff report via fleet, Thursday, Mar 22 2012, 8:19pm
The brutality with which the US government exercises its “war on terror” is condemned both by the court of international public opinion and by the principles of international law governing human rights. The wars of aggression in Iraq and Afghanistan and the torture of detainees are clearly defined as war crimes by the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the Geneva Conventions, the Convention against Torture and other treaties to which the United States is a signatory. Under the cover of "national security," other countries in the region have been drawn into the on-going wars. (story and 1 image)

Kim Dotcom - easy on the hamburgers, dude! image MegaUpload Barrister: NZ 'kowtowing to US' over Kim Dotcom Victoria Robinson via lynx, Thursday, Mar 22 2012, 10:10am
Kiwi barrister, Gary Gotlieb, representing Kim Dotcom of MegaUpload, spelled it out plain; the New Zealand lackey government is pandering to US Corporate interests regarding extraditing Kim Dotcom to face charges in the civilian killing, indefinite detention, legal assassination and torture, USA! The FACT is the US executive, including Attorney General, Holder, should be standing trial for its many heinous war crimes and subverting the founding principles of the US Republic. However, the issue here is the New Zealand lackey government, which should be turfed out on its corrupt ear come the next elections. The free world is tired of US hypocrisy, double standards and corrupt lackey governments that kowtow to Washington -- are you reading this, Gillard? (story and 1 image)

Bradley Manning, prisoner of conscience imagePDF Document UN Torture Investigator Concludes Bradley Manning NOT Tortured sam, Tuesday, Mar 13 2012, 9:49am
Talk about GUTLESS! Read the linked pdf report from UN torture investigator regarding the treatment of Bradley Manning while incarcerated by the CRIMINAL civilian killing, US military and be sickened by his COWARDICE.

Manning was clearly subjected to persistent and inhuman psychological torture in a failed bid to break his spirit and coerce him into implicating glamour boy, Julian Assange of WikiLeaks. The good news is Bradley didn't break but was weakened over 18 months to the extent that he is being misrepresented as mentally unstable and not responsible for his actions when his chat logs -- published by "Wired" -- reveal very clearly that Manning's CONSCIENCE and moral convictions forced him to expose the criminal activity of the US military! So he wasn't 'technically' T-O-R-T-U-R-E-D, Mr Mendez UN reprehensible coward? (story and 1 image and 1 attached file)

Naive idealist, Jennifer Robinson image The Oz Martyrs Brigade, Julian Assange and Jennifer Robinson zed, Thursday, Mar 1 2012, 10:44pm
One wonders at times whether it's insularity, dissociative narcissism or just plain martyr complexes induced by adolescent naivety, idealism and perhaps one too many ‘martinis’ or bottles of ‘gushing’ red wine that place people in circumstances destined to fail tragically.
