Will Serbia sell its soul for EU membership?

Regardless of the number of lackey nations that recognise the illegal breakaway province, KOSOVO remains SERBIAN according to every law and convention that exists! However, the west is aware that if it successfully flouts law and convention and wrests Kosovo from Serbia the Serbian nation and its people will eventually dissolve, as no nation can exist without an identity!

The appropriation of Kosovo was planned long before the illegal bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999. The renaming of the region to the ‘Western’ Balkans also betrays the intent of militaristic expansionism by U.S. and NATO forces.

The west offers only money, more INJUSTICE and the unstated but clear promise of future national oblivion for Serbia and its people. Will a thousand-year-old culture surrender to the forces that promise its extinction?

Today’s token signing of the Stabilisation and Association Accord (SAA) by the former pro-western government of Serbia and the current representative of the EU, Dimitrij Rupel, clearly does not reflect popular Serbian sentiment; nevertheless, the west continues its push to control the strategically vital Balkan region. Kosovo is host to the largest American base in continental Europe; the tiny but proud nation of Serbia is merely an obstruction to U.S. and NATO interests!

It is self-evident the west cannot be trusted in the region; the token signing has been timed to assist pro-western forces in the Serbian elections on May 11. The final decision, however, rests with the Serbian people and one would think survival would be preferable to a gilded coffin!

A broader perspective reveals that the illegal bombing and destruction of Yugoslavia by the USA and NATO was a prelude to the invasion of Iraq and other American expansionist interventions around the globe. The world, international law and convention were tested by the aggressive militarism of the USA. The failure of China and Russia to support Serbia at the time has seen the war reach their own territories via proxies and other subversive elements. Russia and China may have learnt their lesson. We shall see!

In any case, Kosovo remains legally Serbian. Every nation possesses the inalienable right to protect its sovereignty from secessionists and invaders.

The model followed by the USA in the Balkans today, was first utilised by Israel to appropriate territories during in the six-day war of 1967. It should have been obvious this Middle Eastern paradigm was doomed to fail in Europe. No European Sovereign State would tolerate the illegal and violent appropriation of its territories.

Serbia’s destiny, as always, is in the hands of its people!
