Our Criminally Corrupt Governments – Proof Irrefutable

The case of an Australian citizen filing war crimes charges against the president of Sri Lanka during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting to be held in Perth, Australia, has drawn unwanted – for criminal ruling elites – attention to a much neglected reality. The president of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapaksa, in his role as commander in chief of the Sinhalese military, is a PROVEN war criminal!

Authenticated video and documentary evidence of horrific war crimes committed by the Sinhalese military in the closing stages of the US supported offensive against the rebel LTTE, is both abundant and freely available in the public domain. It has been utilised in numerous documentaries all damning the Sinhalese military for horrendous war and other crimes against humanity. The doco, “Sri Lanka's Killing Fields,” is an excellent but deeply disturbing example.

Incontrovertible evidence of war and other crimes notwithstanding, the Sri Lankan president is allowed to go free – the Washington compliant Oz Attorney-General, Robert McClelland, recently refused to proceed with a legitimately filed war crimes indictment against the Sri Lankan leader! In view of the recent US backed – “we came, we saw, ‘he’ died” -- summary execution of Muammar Gaddafi, we need not wonder WHY!

Mahinda Rajapaksa was supported and is favoured by Washington whereas Gaddafi clearly was not. Abundant REAL evidence supporting Sri Lankan war crimes exists independently whereas NO evidence of any civilian massacre purportedly carried out by Gaddafi in Benghazi exists anywhere, it was all propaganda! In fact ALL the massacres that occurred in Libya were carried out by CIA backed rebel forces and NATO’s criminal bombing campaign.

I compare the two cases to illustrate the point and emphasise the fact that the CRIME committed is no longer the determining factor in proceeding with court trials and legal accountability, WASHINGTON is!

Subservient and clearly criminally corrupt allied governments such as Australia’s Gillard government, present the most feeble excuses to avoid serving the interests of JUSTICE; however, they continue to circumvent numerous laws and make a mockery or civilised morality in order to serve the world’s leading civilian killing, criminal, terrorist nation – the UNITED STATES of AMERICA. That is the HARD REALITY and I challenge anyone to refute the claim!

At the VERY LEAST the HORRIFIC and overwhelming evidence against the Sri Lankan President DEMANDS full accountability.

There will come a time in the very near future when entire populations, fed up with FLAGRANT criminality, DOUBLE STANDARDS and overt CORRUPTION, will EXACT swift and APPROPRIATE retribution from criminally culpable elites – no truer statement has ever been made!
