Lies before the inevitable Fall posted by baz, 2009-09-16 06:55:12 This week’s events are big enough to warrant a short commentary. From Obama’s rancorous lies and disinformation to the pathetic Australian government’s inept and transparent bullshit regarding appropriating -- on Murdoch’s orders -- the national telecommunications infrastructure. ‘Poor’ Rupert is losing income hand over fist and is attempting to recover by taking control of the nation’s telecommunications infrastructure. He seeks to eliminate or control competition, prevent peer file transfers (movies and music) and introduce fees for accessing his internet ‘news’ services! Of course none of this can succeed without limiting, filtering or outright blocking other viable FREE news sites on the internet but in order to succeed he must control the infrastructure – isn’t that right, Communications Minister Conroy?
