Grandiose Visions – Nightmare Realities

The “New American Century” (PNAC) and the “Thousand Year Reich”, shared a similar preposterous vision; a crude blend of wishful thinking, fantasy and religiosity. However, the chronologically modest American ‘vision’ is no less dangerous and destructive a model; in fact, the potential for destruction on a scale never before seen is inherent in the ‘New American (graveyard) Century’.

Thereis “nothing new under the sun”, sayeth the wise political analyst.Right-wing politics (regardless of era) follows characteristicpatterns; the predicability of outcomes is also a simple matter ofbasic analysis. The most cursory comparison of right wing regimes ofthe past and present would yield dramatic evidence of a lack of insightand understanding born/e of linear or myopic thinking. Insularity ofthought is not conducive to survival in a world that has been forced toconfront itself on a massive scale.

Real vision is born of awareness, understanding the consequences ofdestructive actions and policies – not the blind pursuit ofself-interest based on grandiose notions of self-importance andpresumptions of superiority.

Does it benefit anyone to pursue exclusive, elitist policies today?Would any thinking person imagine there is no price to pay for theillegal exploitation of another nation’s resources and the murder of itsinnocent citizens? Would it surprise anyone to learn that a nation thatdisplays contempt for others is despised by all? These simple questionsyield obvious answers yet America displays pathological behaviour bypursuing a course of death, destruction and eventual annihilation – the‘junkie’ pursues the ‘fix’ that will kill but the fix must be pursuedregardless of consequences!

America is the sick nation of the world; the patient requires intensivecare, “extraordinary events require extraordinary measures”; radiationtherapy and nuclear medicine may be required in order to prevent the lossof the entire ‘body’. The surgical removal of the diseased part isimperative – we must all help cure the world.

American ‘intelligence’ agencies had absolutely no idea of thedevelopment of nuclear weapons by the emerging nations of India andPakistan. Today, the US focuses on Islamist groups and bearded‘terrorists’ – coincidentally, this (focus) prompts the recollection of a Muslim‘joke’ we were taught in the Signals Corps. It should be stated that aparticular genre of Muslim anecdotes/jokes are intended to instruct:

‘Night had fallen and a student of a Mula was on his way home after aproductive meeting planning the destruction of the ‘great Satan’. As henavigated the many winding (labyrinthine) alleyways on his way home, hehappened upon the Mula, who was on all fours busily feeling the groundunder a street lamp. “What are you looking for Mula”, the youngterrorist asked? “ I’ve lost my door key”, the Mula explained as hecontinued searching. “Where did you drop the key”, the young terroristasked? “Somewhere in the alley you have just emerged from”, the Mulareplied! Somewhat perplexed, the young terrorist asked, “so why are yousearching here?” “Because there is more light here”, the Mula responded!'

While America searches everywhere, the obvious remains glaringly hidden!

Brutality has no answer for dexterity – the small overcomes the large. Goliath has no defence against David.

I leave you with a quote from the New Testament:

“... things which are despised, hath God chosen…things that are not, to bring to nought things that are..”

Our names are no one. In no-thing we have discovered limitless strengthand endurance, who are we? We are standing next to you, who are you?

We are One.

Peace.

Postscript:
It is surprising America has learnt nothing from the failure of itspolitical predecessors; all political systems based on the Big Lie fail(dramatically).
