Back during the height of this current economic crisis, when Congress considered passing legislation that would have allowed judges to lower home loans in order to prevent these foreclosures, the banks lobbied furiously and killed the legislation. A federal district judge today, the newly-appointed Katherine Forrest of the Southern District of New York, issued a ruling: one which preliminarily enjoins enforcement of the highly controversial indefinite provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act, enacted by Congress and signed into law by [puppet] President Obama last December. This afternoon’s ruling came as part of a lawsuit brought by seven dissident plaintiffs — including Chris Hedges, Dan Ellsberg, Noam Chomsky, and Birgitta Jonsdottir — alleging that the NDAA violates ”both their free speech and associational rights guaranteed by the First Amendment as well as due process rights guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution.” (full story and 1 comments)

All well and good, but you have already convicted Bush and others in the FIRST trial -- would it be more appropriate to now SENTENCE him to DEATH, effective immediately? To be shot on sight by any moral, just and law abiding citizen -- sentence would also apply to other coalition members, Howard and Blair.
