Indians questioned over 'terrorist bongings' Oz police capture terrorist’s shadow posted by chequer, 2007-07-03 14:42:41
Acting on information received from British authorities, internationally renowned for pumping 7 bullets into the head of an innocent Brazilian worker, the local chapter of the keystone cops has swung into action and arrested, detained, abused, intimidated and otherwise harassed a number of dark skinned Asian gentlemen who have been competently serving the nation during its medical crisis – a crisis resulting from incompetent government I might add. Infiltration and Inefficiencies in State Regulatory Agencies posted by dingo, 2007-06-17 14:44:50
[The following story relates to ALL western regulatory agencies regardless of this local example.]

The fact that no one really knows anyone allows for an extremely broad scope of activity in all agency environments especially in circumstances where ethnic personnel are required. Few people forfeit their original cultural allegiances for the agencies’ or their adopted nation’s – this applies to numerous generations born (but victimised and discriminated against) in their adopted countries. Australian racism has made it particularly difficult to recruit patriotic personnel from ethnic backgrounds. (full story and 1 comments)

USS Liberty remembered Remembering the USS Liberty: Four Decades Later posted by William Hughes via rialator, 2007-06-09 12:55:15
[Ed. EVERYONE is expendable; the forces that control Washington and most of the world have no national allegiances, these organisations use nationalism and tribalism to achieve their ends, however, it should be clearly understood that these Transnational organisations have only one allegiance, PROFIT -- regardless of the cost in human lives!

The puppet Bush regime is the result of a devolution that started a long time ago; everyone is urged to investigate the USS Liberty and the Gulf of Tonkin 'incidents'. Know the nature of the beast and you will understand the nature of the game.] (full story and 1 comments)

GUANTANAMO BAY U.S. NAVAL BASE, Cuba (Reuters) - U.S. military judges dropped all war crimes charges on Monday against the only two Guantanamo captives facing trial, rulings that could preclude trying any of the 380 prisoners held at the U.S. base in Cuba any time soon. (full story)

We thank National Security correspondent to the Australian Broadcasting Commission (‘our’ ABC) Leigh Sales, for revealing her flagrant bias in relation to the David Hicks case. We were almost tempted to read her book, “Detainee 002 …”, until today’s extremely revealing report. (full story)

Read it and demand accountability -- arrest Howard! Hicks revelations: Ruddock in damage control posted by Kingfisher, 2007-04-27 15:15:33
American military prosecutors admit David Hicks was no threat whatsoever, he would have been a “total liability” to Al-Qaeda prosecutors admitted to Australian journalist Leigh Sales. This information flatly contradicts the ‘dangerous terrorist’ image of Hicks sold to the Australian public by Howard and his ministers, Downer and Ruddock! The already beleaguered Howard has suffered another major blow to his and his government’s credibility and ‘integrity’. Howard’s appalling dereliction of duty to Hicks has been openly exposed by his closest ally, America! Perhaps our ‘fearless’ leader should have thought twice prior to ceding the nation to the Yanks. The only one not heeding the very clear message that he is yesterday’s man, is Johnny himself, but as stated previously the genus of rodent clings to survival to the last dying twitch. Snoop Dogg Wonderland Down Under: Snoop Dogg refused visa posted by dingo, 2007-04-26 22:25:56
Internationally known racist, war criminal, Iraqi holocaust denier and coward prime minister of Australia, John Howard stated that [black] entertainer Snoop Dogg had been banned from entering Australia for “sound reasons … I have to be careful what I say in these matters but he has been ... well there are certain judgments that are made on certain advice that I can't go into, but the reasons for banning him are sound," said Howard. Perhaps the black rapper is also a HIV carrier and votes Democrat! Howard recently levelled more criticism at US Democrats in relation to the war in Iraq. The absurdity and hypocrisy of Howard’s behaviour is reaching levels unimagined by even his most fervent critics. (full story)

David Hicks receives Sentence posted by dingo, 2007-03-30 10:49:10
Notice the use of language -- Australian news radio (12 noon) today broadcast that “convicted terrorist, David Hicks, receives nine month sentence...” – shame on ABC news radio, one can only wonder whether the choice of wording reflected the fundamentalist conservative, evangelical christian values of the Howard-loving producer, who will remain nameless in this report. Unlike American loving evangelical christians, most Australians accept “convictions” as a result of fair trials and due legal process NOT sordid kangaroo court 'determinations'. Hicks suffered the Camp X-Ray torture centre -- now closed Aussie Torture Victim pleads ‘Guilty’ posted by finch, 2007-03-26 12:14:00
In circumstances that could only be described as ‘railroading’ and coercive, the Aussie battler, David Hicks has pleaded guilty to one count of providing material support to terrorists. Few Australians, including leading legal advocates accept the ‘trial’ of Hicks as legally legitimate. The flagrantly rogue court convened under the most biased and unfair conditions also disqualified Hicks’ civilian lawyers at the last minute. Hicks’ (now) disqualified lawyers accused the presiding judge, Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Kohlmann of making up the rules as he went along – there is nothing new in the ‘legal’ proceedings at Guantanamo Bay!
