With only a few impotent mutterings of opposition from Russia and China, the USA races UNCHALLENGED toward Global hegemony. Reports have emerged from the APEC summit in Hawaii that the eunuch leaders of China and Russia, both internationally known for their cowardly tail between legs retreat from the Balkans (abandoning traditional ally Yugoslavia in the process) now seem to be "stunned" or surprised by America’s push for Global hegemony.
