Missile Crisis in a Teacup posted by dingo, 2006-07-06 11:50:12
A considered and balanced view of the media event presently saturating the airwaves, the “North Korean Missile Crisis”, would reveal an hysterical, farcical over-reaction! The Korean so-called long range ICBM explodes on launch – good one, Kim! But notice how quick the coalition of willing criminals are to utilise anything to draw the public's attention away from the criminality of Guantanamo Bay, Iraq, Camp Bond Steel (occupation base in the Balkans which utilises the services of East European child sex slaves to service American troops). THIS IS AMERICA, policeman of the world, welcome to ‘freedom’, exploitation and the pollution that is American culture. [The world needs the USA like it needs a hole in the head!] (full story and 2 comments)

BANKSY -- Justice [sword and scales vandalised] Illegal: US Supreme Court’s ruling on Torture Bay posted by gade, 2006-06-29 08:23:54
The US Supreme Court ruled today that Guantanamo Bay detention/torture centre was illegal (by implication) and the kangaroo military commission established to try the detainees is in breach of the Geneva Convention, well duh! Expert international lawyers stated the plain facts – illegality – of the matter from the start. Who could accuse the ‘slow to see daylight’ US court system of bias? Surely the principal pillars of American ‘justice’ could not be influenced by Bush or his neo-cons? (full story and 3 comments)

The USA pushes Australia into the arms of China posted by Kwang zi, 2006-06-27 15:19:37
The Zionists in Washington (Perle, Wolfowitz etc) have the entire Bush regime distracted. While America fights all of Israel’s major wars in the Middle East – to no advantage whatsoever for America – the most strategically important regions in the world are left to other nations. As world power shifts inexorably eastward, to China, America is at a loss to meet the challenges of the future. (full story)

John Howard in Asia posted by peptide, 2006-06-26 15:45:45
John Howard was ‘surprised’ when he encountered the President of Indonesia, while taking his early morning walk in Jakarta, reported News Radio Australia. The report stated that Howard was “visibly shocked” by the unexpected encounter, which obviously was intended to deliver a clear message; the Indonesian President is not known for taking early morning walks, we can therefore conclude that his gesture was calculated. Leaders and Led posted by sun, 2006-06-22 08:28:39
Leaders are our example and we should emulate and follow that example at all times, in this way we guarantee a future of complete destructive ‘anarchy’ for the world – ‘blessed are the liars and murderers for they have inherited the earth’! Whatever the discourse and regardless of any other consideration we will incorporate it to achieve our aims. The law and other ‘constraints’ are for the weak; we create and alter laws according to our needs. ‘Sedition’ automatically implies our ‘right’ and your ‘wrong’ – we are the trustees of 'reality', we weave the social fictions YOU live by. The Colonisation of Australia posted by dingo, 2006-06-19 13:19:21
The world’s most cowardly leader, John Howard, has surpassed even himself with his latest spineless effort of making a gift of the (once sovereign) Australian nation to the Yanks. The clearest indication of America’s newest colonial acquisition is the construction of permanent US military bases in the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Those who imagine that US bases are not an indication of US military or economic supremacy, think again. Locating all the US bases on the globe is a revealing exercise. Without exception all the bases that exist outside continental USA have been built after either military or economic CONQUEST. (full story and 3 comments)

Youth Suicide and Howard’s Australia posted by Reid, 2006-06-13 13:51:09
Thank you for your article (link below) on Howard and particularly for highlighting his disregard for Australian youth. I am appalled by his attitude to young Australians. Australia has one of the highest youth suicide rates in the developed world and little wonder; the short-term interests of corporate profit, crushing taxation laws and the introduction of ‘guest workers’ have stolen the future from the majority of our youth. Our youth now experience ever-increasing difficulty obtaining work skills needed for their survival. (full story and 1 comments)

BANKSY -- into shit The Suspension of Belief and the Implosion of Meaning posted by budgie, 2006-06-08 17:20:34
Existence in a post-modern world, or living in a world where text/image (signs) have imploded and offer no inherent meaning outside a consciousness that animates/endows signs which in turn deliver meaning/endowment back to the same consciousness that so desperately needs to invest in meaning! In other words, ‘reality’ is up for grabs; creating your own reality in a world of competing ‘realities’ has become the principal pursuit of modern humanity. (full story)

'Proof' Al-Zarqawi and the ‘Superpower’ posted by nano, 2006-06-07 18:07:12
The Australian ABC has posted a bulletin announcing the death of the Jordanian punk, Al-Zarqawi, a petty criminal elevated to a position far beyond his street gang mentality, capability or stature! The ‘headline’ of June 8, 2006, reads:

“Terrorism in Iraq 'not over' despite Zarqawi death
US President George W Bush says American special forces "delivered justice" to Al Qaeda's leader in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, by killing him in an air strike.” (full story and 5 comments)

The Rolling Terrorist posted by dingo, 2006-06-07 08:43:26
The infamous Jemaah Islamiyah leader, Abu Bakar Bashir, is soon to be released after serving only twenty-six months of his thirty-month sentence for conspiracy in the Bali bombings, which killed over two hundred innocent civilians. The Australian Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer, was quick to make a statement to the press lamenting Australia’s helplessness in the circumstances. Downer’s pathetic statement was designed to distract the world’s attention away from the steaming Indonesian Turd in John Howard’s face! We recall Howard ‘caving in’ over the West Papuan refugee issue and the insults levelled at him (from Indonesia) at that time. (full story)

Failure of the Affluent State posted by nano, 2006-05-15 07:21:36
When the State fails and criminals steal the reigns of power corruption filters through State institutions. The agencies and the regulatory ‘authorities’ usually ‘toe the line’ and therefore cannot be trusted to serve the interests of the people. When the government becomes a den of thieves, liars and murderers it is the people who must restore sanity and legitimate government. (full story)

Revolution or Misapprehension posted by cleaves, 2006-03-28 10:58:14
The people’s movement in LA, France, Thailand, China, Philippines, the South Americas etc., verifies a power dynamic outlined in a previous paper:

“…the erosion and final dissolution of power concentrated in specific locations is rapidly occurring today. The ultra-right/left authoritarian contractionism we witness today is symptomatic of its failure to harmoniously engage the greater (world) dynamic. The ‘greater’ the contractionism/antagonism the greater attraction it creates for precisely those forces and conditions that would equalise it [dispersion] in the broader world context.” (full story)
