Oz High Court rules in favour of Bikers (and our) right to Free Association posted by cubic, 2010-11-11 05:31:34 Following the AMERICAN trend of Government influencing/interfering with the independence of the Courts, South Australia, the first State that attempted to implement American police state tactics in Oz, failed in its corrupt bid. The AUSTRALIAN High Court bench (6 from 7 Judges) ruled in favour of the Bikers to freely associate! The judges also expressed their contempt for the South Australian Government for attempting to institute such an oppressive policy. (full story) injustice/law / national
Australia’s Pathetic, Servile Politicians posted by dasha, 2010-10-19 10:31:06 Reminiscent of her meaning-devoid, abortive election slogan, “moving Australia forward,” the Washington controlled Australian Prime Minister, Julia Gillard, has just dropped another meaningless American slogan onto a very aware Oz public, “Australia will not abandon Afghanistan.” In view of the FACT the majority of Aussies OPPOSE the war and that Afghanis desire to be FREE of all plundering, civilian killing foreign invaders, it defies reason that this servile, cat-howling fishwife – masquerading as our leader -- would attempt to insult the Oz public with more moronic American slogans! Australia's economic growth comes at expense of workers' wages and conditions posted by John McCarthy via stan, 2010-10-05 06:39:32 THE blowout in the cost of living could be directly blamed on companies and governments shifting financial responsibilities and risks on to workers, according a report released by unions. A report, by the Sydney University Workplace Research Centre, found that while Australia had massive economic growth over the past 40 years, wages had been constrained, costs had eaten up a greater percentage of income and more than two million jobs were now part-time or casual. ATO: never fear, incompetent Oz bureaucrats are here! posted by baz, 2010-10-02 22:42:17 [Attention Gillard, Keneally, Bligh and other Oz government ‘leaders.’]
Burgeoning, wasteful and thoroughly inept Oz government regulatory institutions reflect a dysfunctional Federal and State system in obvious need of DRASTIC reform and the purging of bureaucratic fat cats responsible for their INCOMPETENT and wasteful departments! Oz ‘Justice’ posted by quin, 2010-09-27 21:22:45 It’s 'nice' to know little has really changed in this former penal colony -- the corrupt elitist ‘club’ is alive and well. Former Prime Minister, Paul ‘fingers’ Keating, infamous for the Casino "we had to have" on Christmas Island – patronised mainly by the mega-corrupt ruling Indonesian hierarchy of the time. Millions in stolen and re-directed American aid and other monies were laundered through the Casino's tables, thanks to Keating. [And] that embarrassing 'little matter' of a burdensome pig farm conveniently absorbed by Indonesian ‘investors’ – give us all a break, you brazen criminal, Keating! But what’s a thoroughly corrupt, PUPPET politician in Oz these days? (full story) injustice/law / national
Peter Spencer wins his day in High Court posted by Lucy Knight via reed, 2010-09-01 08:45:45 PROPERTY rights crusader, Peter Spencer, who went on a hunger strike on his southern NSW farm earlier this year, has broken down outside the High Court in Canberra following an unanimous decision in his favour to finally have his case heard. The Politics of Oz Internet Censorship posted by Kismo, 2010-08-05 22:46:07 Even demented Oz analysts and commentators (mostly employed by the mass media) would have advised that imposing a retrogressive 50’s policy in 21st century Australia -- mandatory information censorship -- would be suicidal for any political party stupid enough to attempt to implement it. But that FACT was and REMAINS lost on the incumbent, inept, policy failed, Labor Party. (full story) mass media / national

Great choice, Oz! posted by stele, 2010-05-16 20:46:15 The Murdoch, Stokes and other mass media organisations in Oz are exercising their influence on the masses by offering THEIR alternatives to the now fully exposed (popularity trashed) POLICY FAILED, narcissistic PM, Kevin ‘show pony’ Rudd; who imagined that managing a nation amounted to slavishly following Washington in unwinnable wars, serving Wall St, the RBA and other unrepresentative minority interests. The Appalling Incompetence of Rudd and Conroy posted by Kismo, 2010-05-04 08:51:54 Rudd’s communications minister Stephen Conroy was forced to admit, in Parliament, that the $24 (wasted) million, ISP filter plan could easily and LEGALLY be circumvented. Conroy admitted that circumvention techniques – VPN and Proxy server methods -- had been demonstrated to him personally at Enex Testlab in Melbourne. Conroy confirmed that no legal measures would be applied to ISPs to prohibit the use of the above circumvention methods – so what’s the point of the expensive (now failed) filter plan I hear you say? Well, ask the most policy failed, financially wasteful PM we’ve ever had, Kevin ‘hair dryer’ Rudd. (full story) mass media / national
Rudd earns the ire of Aussies posted by bluey, 2010-05-03 11:32:07 In perhaps one of the worst examples of cynical politics this nation has seen, incumbent Australian PM, Kevin ‘show pony’ Rudd, is attempting to distract the attention of the population away from his ruinous policy failures by implementing minor tax and health reforms and attacking the 'soft target,' tobacco industry. However, the list of Rudd’s failures, which range from Japanese whaling, ETS, computers for every student, home insulation debacle, ‘borderless’ security and indebting OUR nation and future generations to nefarious foreign Banksters (stimulus) that print ‘fiat’ (toilet-paper) money in exchange for our REAL assets, are far too prominent to be ignored or brushed away. Rudd’s track record does not exactly fill one with confidence; we now know that Rudd is less concerned with positive results than he is with appearances, distractions and political trickery. Deconstructing Australia’s Puppet Politicians posted by ryall, 2010-04-22 10:28:24 Before proceeding, I would openly state that Australia today is nothing more than a client state of the U.S. Former PM (and criminal) Paul Keating surrendered the last vestiges of Oz independence to Wall St criminal elites and the corporate sector decades past. The Oz Servility Stakes – Labor faces Nationwide Obliteration! posted by bluey, 2010-03-19 19:59:13 Mike Rann, South Australian Premier, is second only to his Federal counterpart, Kevin ‘custard face’ Rudd, in his obeisance to Corporatists and BIG Business. Rann is facing slaughter at the forthcoming State elections, which some analysts say will be an Oz-wide snowball effect – Rudd and his State Labor counterparts have proven to be the most unrepresentative Labor governments in the nation’s history – it’s ‘all the way’ with BIG Business/Washington and fuck the traditional support base of average working Aussies! Tony Abbott, ‘all errand, no boy!’ posted by quill, 2010-03-15 05:53:25 The Australian opposition leader, Tony Abbott is known as a combative, ultra-right wing, unapologetic, Catholic, arch-conservative – a PRODUCT not a person, a fabrication not an original! There is NOTHING in Abbott’s character that has not been created/superimposed by his ultra-conservative Catholic background – he is about as original as a Chinese fake! Desperation Politics in Oz! posted by fray, 2010-03-08 06:05:32 I never thought I’d live to see political conservatives propose a scheme that advantages working women with six months (full) paid parental leave, while directly hitting Big Business with the cost! Furthermore, in Alice’s inverted ‘Ozland’, traditional workers’ party and incumbent government, Labor, immediately sprang to the defence of Big Business! That’s a double-barrel blast from the inverted, bullshit gun. (full story) social/political / national
