Following the AMERICAN trend of Government influencing/interfering with the independence of the Courts, South Australia, the first State that attempted to implement American police state tactics in Oz, failed in its corrupt bid. The AUSTRALIAN High Court bench (6 from 7 Judges) ruled in favour of the Bikers to freely associate! The judges also expressed their contempt for the South Australian Government for attempting to institute such an oppressive policy. (full story)

A report, by the Sydney University Workplace Research Centre, found that while Australia had massive economic growth over the past 40 years, wages had been constrained, costs had eaten up a greater percentage of income and more than two million jobs were now part-time or casual. Former Prime Minister, Paul ‘fingers’ Keating, infamous for the Casino "we had to have" on Christmas Island – patronised mainly by the mega-corrupt ruling Indonesian hierarchy of the time. Millions in stolen and re-directed American aid and other monies were laundered through the Casino's tables, thanks to Keating. Rudd’s communications minister Stephen Conroy was forced to admit, in Parliament, that the $24 (wasted) million, ISP filter plan could easily and LEGALLY be circumvented. Conroy admitted that circumvention techniques – VPN and Proxy server methods -- had been demonstrated to him personally at Enex Testlab in Melbourne. Conroy confirmed that no legal measures would be applied to ISPs to prohibit the use of the above circumvention methods – so what’s the point of the expensive (now failed) filter plan I hear you say? In perhaps one of the worst examples of cynical politics this nation has seen, incumbent Australian PM, Kevin ‘show pony’ Rudd, is attempting to distract the attention of the population away from his ruinous policy failures by implementing minor tax and health reforms and attacking the 'soft target,' tobacco industry. However, the list of Rudd’s failures, which range from Japanese whaling, ETS, computers for every student, home insulation debacle, ‘borderless’ security and indebting OUR nation and future generations to nefarious foreign Banksters (stimulus) that print ‘fiat’ (toilet-paper) money in exchange for our REAL assets, are far too prominent to be ignored or brushed away. Rudd’s track record does not exactly fill one with confidence; we now know that Rudd is less concerned with positive results than he is with appearances, distractions and political trickery.
