As a young girl I remember sitting by the fire at my Baba’s [grandmother's] feet listening to her stories of our family’s and national history. I was reminded of one frightening tale as I listened to a radio broadcast stating that Germany is increasing its forces in Kosovo – we know the extent to which Germany has trained and militarily supported Muslim and other secessionists in the former Yugoslavia. It is not with trepidation that I welcome the news; I embrace the opportunity to fight as my grandmother once did against the Nazis when she was a young girl. I welcome the news that the neo-Nazis are stepping into the fray themselves – I will do my family and nation proud. (full story)

An interesting turn of events occurred regarding the Serbian province of Kosovo. No more do we hear from the 'brave' Albanian ‘leader,’ Thaci, making declarations that HE will defend every “inch” of Kosovo – apparently he has retreated to the protection of Madeleine Albright’s skirt. Thaci is aware that if he pokes his nose from under the U.S. skirt it will get shot off! (full story)

Today’s click on my news aggregator produced a curious item; Angelina Jolie in Iraq pleading with General David Petraeus to assist the millions of Iraqi refugees. Might I assist and remind our ineffective ‘pretty little thing’ that Rumsfeld made it clear when he stated that American forces are “NOT nation builders” or humanitarians. Carried in the sub-text is the cruel Truth; the American military corps are amphetamine-crazed KILLERS, destroyers, spoilers and TORTURERS -- that is the hard reality. (full story)

In evaluating the recent "declaration of independence" by Kosovo, a province of Serbia, and its immediate recognition as a state by the U.S., Germany, Britain and France, it is important to know three things.
First, Kosovo is not gaining independence or even minimal self-government. It will be run by an appointed High Representative and bodies appointed by the U.S., European Union and NATO. An old-style colonial viceroy and imperialist administrators will have control over foreign and domestic policy. U.S. Imperialism has merely consolidated its direct control of a totally dependent colony in the heart of the Balkans. (full story)

Thaci stated he is prepared “to defend every inch of his territory (Kosovo)” -- spoken like a true mafia crime boss; old habits die hard don’t they, Hashim? Reality, however, dictates that Kosovo remains legally, historically, culturally and territorially Serbian, and that is that! I was recently informed – I somehow missed the original release -- that Australia’s spook agency is recruiting. Everything immediately fell into place when I saw the salary range for the position of “ASIO Officer grade 3,” which was unashamedly advertised in the local primate press as ranging from $49,280 – $53,100 (plus superannuation and shift allowances) wow! Russia and China are in no position to delay in support of their allies; the U.S. has accelerated its deployment of offensive missile systems in a number of compliant nations – the latest installation is underway in Australia. This installation is clearly designed to target China. The USA has increased its efforts to encircle Russia and China with OFFENSIVE missile weapons systems due principally to the fact that IT HAS NOT MET WITH ANY RESISTANCE!
