Our True Nature is Bliss

Slave or Sovereign

Bold, succinct, transformative and evolutionary claims, as expressed by the title, are difficult to ignore.

The ancient Indian Vedas do not mince words or engage in florid metaphor, they emphatically state that man’s true nature is Bliss; the Vedas also challenge us to verify that enduring Truth for ourselves.

Never having been a person to allow such a challenge to pass I set to the task of proving or disproving the statement by following the recommended method of discovering the truth of our essential nature. After a relatively short period of single-minded practise I am able to confirm that the Vedas speak absolute Truth. Yes indeed, our true nature is Bliss and I would add, Peace, Joy and (existential) knowledge.

In stark contrast to the Vedic world view is the American ideology of permanent war, civilian holocausts, criminal destruction, plunder, social corruption and degradation, pollution, genetically modified food, hedonism, alienation and a myriad other conditions, which could all be summed up in a word, MISERY!

America does not offer its population a positive reality; it offers instead, day to day HELL, monumental injustice, disparity and SLAVERY; and the people have LEARNT to accept it!

Today the majority of Americans have accepted their inequitable, miserable condition as normal, while an elite minority continue to take the lion’s share of the best the nation has to offer. However, it seems the rich are even more miserable than the poor, as it is they who plague the masses with needless wars, torture, suppression and violence, as if doing so would somehow alleviate their own miserable, vacuous, worthless existences.

The positive active philosophy of the Indian Vedas stands in stark contrast to the passive, blind-faith approach of western religious slavery. The Vedas confidently assert that any person is able to verify the REALITY of the claims made. The Vedas are supremely confident in their descriptions, recommendations and ultimate direction; the Vedas have withstood centuries of testing without suffering any negative impact, including numerous foreign cultural impositions. Yet the principal message, inscribed over three millennia ago stands inviolable to this day – “Thou art That;” immutable, changeless, pure Being/Bliss!

The East does not challenge the sovereignty of Being or attempt to displace it with slavery as western religion does; we are all encouraged to discover our essential sovereign nature via the process of meditation – a method proven effective over centuries of investigation and trial.

Anyone, after a short period of sincere and dedicated practice, is able to verify that our essential nature is indeed Bliss. So who or what is responsible for playing the ‘MISERY’ trick on humanity and who or what philosophy is responsible for polluting and destroying our planet?

In today’s (manufactured) war-torn world of misery and mayhem, making any positive claim regarding human nature, immediately elicits scorn, condescension, disbelief, ridicule and disdain, as everybody ‘knows’ life is hell! Surely that (constructed) reality is 'obvious' to everyone? [Or] Just perhaps it is in the interests of the very few to perpetuate the false notion that life is an unjust, unfair, inequitable HELL and that the majority must suffer in order for a tiny minority to live in luxury.

Enlightened Sages throughout history have espoused Unity, Love, Peace, Harmony and Freedom -- America preaches permanent WAR, division, murder, theft, deception, slavery and MISERY. The USA stands without peer as the most HYPOCRITICAL, criminal nation in the WORLD today. Every person should determine for themselves the true nature and quality of the forces that have found a home and now rule the USA, few need assistance in that regard!

The HELL on earth the USA is attempting to create for the entire world depends on your status as duped SLAVE or sovereign FREE. Make YOUR choice, SLAVE or FREE, JOY or MISERY, the choice couldn't be more clearly defined today! Social reality is created by MAJORITY BELIEF, nothing more mysterious than that!

The 'reality' the USA attempts to sell and sustain via its continuous media misrepresentations is a giant DECEPTION; a most heinous LIE designed to benefit the few and enslave/oppress the many.

Mankind's verifiable true nature is Bliss and Peace NOT Misery and Chaos -- prove it for yourself and shatter the shackles that bind you psychologically and spiritually.

We are ONE.

Peace.

Far from the 'first,' Gerald; but better late than never!

Abrahamic Religion
by troy Saturday, Apr 2 2011, 11:02am

Islam, Judaism and Christianity share the same source. Can you see the similarities?

do not be too quick to condemn

an excerpt from the Abrahamic tradition:

"They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes."

I hope the above Psalm (82) enlightens you as to the condition of the masses today.

Peace.

indeed

thank you for the quote 'dreamer,'

indeed, it does enlighten. the quote is negative, fatalistic and passive! though it infers that our true nature is divine, the message is negative and destructive -- 'die' (in ignorance) and 'fall' like princes. Surely an active approach to LIFE is preferable.

Peace to you, dreamer.

The War on Libya, the US- NATO Agenda and the Next Great War
by Paul Craig Roberts via gan - Global Research Tuesday, Apr 5 2011, 11:53am

In the 1930s the US, Great Britain, and the Netherlands set a course for World War II in the Pacific by conspiring against Japan. The three governments seized Japan’s bank accounts in their countries that Japan used to pay for imports and cut Japan off from oil, rubber, tin, iron and other vital materials. Was Pearl Harbor, Japan’s response?

Now Washington and its NATO puppets are employing the same strategy against China.

Protests in Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, and Yemen arose from the people protesting against Washington’s tyrannical puppet governments. However, the protests against Gaddafi, who is not a Western puppet, appear to have been organized by the CIA in the eastern part of Libya where the oil is and where China has substantial energy investments.

Eighty percent of Libya’s oil reserves are believed to be in the Sirte Basin in eastern Libya now controlled by rebels supported by Washington. As seventy percent of Libya’s GDP is produced by oil, a successful partitioning of Libya would leave Gaddafi’s Tripoli-based regime impoverished. http://www.energyinsights.net

The People’s Daily Online (March 23) reported that China has 50 large-scale projects in Libya. The outbreak of hostilities has halted these projects and resulted in 30,000 Chinese workers being evacuated from Libya. Chinese companies report that they expect to lose hundreds of millions of yuan.

China is relying on Africa, principally Libya, Angola, and Nigeria, for future energy needs. In response to China’s economic engagement with Africa, Washington is engaging the continent militarily with the US African Command (AFRICOM) created by President George W. Bush in 2007. Forty-nine African countries agreed to participate with Washington in AFRICOM, but Gaddafi refused, thus creating a second reason for Washington to target Libya for takeover.

A third reason for targeting Libya is that Libya and Syria are the only two countries with Mediterranean sea coasts that are not under the control or influence of Washington. Suggestively, protests also have broken out in Syria. Whatever Syrians might think of their government, after watching Iraq’s fate and now Libya’s it is unlikely that Syrians would set themselves up for US military intervention. Both the CIA and Mossad are known to use social networking sites to foment protests and to spread disinformation. These intelligence services are the likely conspirators that the Syrian and Libyan governments blame for the protests.

Caught off guard by protests in Tunisia and Egypt, Washington realized that protests could be used to remove Gaddafi and Assad. The humanitarian excuse for intervening in Libya is not credible considering Washington’s go-ahead to the Saudi military to crush the protests in Bahrain, the home base for the US Fifth Fleet.

If Washington succeeds in overthrowing the Assad government in Syria, Russia would lose its Mediterranean naval base at the Syrian port of Tartus. Thus, Washington has much to gain if it can use the cloak of popular rebellion to eject both China and Russia from the Mediterranean. Rome’s mare nostrum (“our sea”) would become Washington’s mare nostrum.

“Gaddafi must go,” declared Obama. How long before we also hear, “Assad must go?”

The American captive press is at work demonizing both Gaddafi and Assad, an eye doctor who returned to Syria from London to head the government after his father’s death.

The hypocrisy passes unremarked when Obama calls Gaddafi and Assad dictators. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the American president has been a Caesar. Based on nothing more than a Justice Department memo, George W. Bush was declared to be above US statutory law, international law, and the power of Congress as long as he was acting in his role as commander-in-chief in the “war on terror.”

Caesar Obama has done Bush one step better. Caesar Obama has taken the US to war against Libya without even the pretense of asking Congress for authorization. This is an impeachable offense, but an impotent Congress is unable to protect its power. By accepting the claims of executive authority, Congress has acquiesced to Caesarism. The American people have no more control over their government than do people in countries ruled by dictators.

Washington’s quest for world hegemony is driving the world toward World War III. China is no less proud than was Japan in the 1930s and is unlikely to submit to being bullied and governed by what China regards as the decadent West. Russia’s resentment to its military encirclement is rising. Washington’s hubris can lead to fatal miscalculation.
