Illegitimate declarations of War and Criminal Government

The executive powers that Bush and Cheney utilised to gain unprecedented power and unaccountability are based on powers granted to the President during times of war, we all noted how quick – some would say too quick -- Bush was to declare war after 9/11. [US military supplied anthrax attacks were overkill, that and a number of other factors will be your undoing gentlemen!]

The legitimisation of executive powers stems from a valid declaration of war on an aggressor Nation or force that would approximate or be equivalent to the power wielded by a nation – ALL OTHER ATTACKS CONSTITUTE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND FALL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF REGULATORY AGENCIES AND VARIOUS CRIMINAL JURISDICTIONS!

The critical question that should be asked is exactly upon whom or what did Bush declare war in order to grant himself extended powers?

Al-Qaeda clearly does not qualify as a State or group that possesses powers equivalent to even a tiny nation. Saddam Hussein had been under international pressure and weapons monitoring by the UN for years; he did not nor was he in a position to attack the USA! So answer the question George, or go directly to jail for the most heinous abuse of government power since the founding of the nation! Abuses that resulted in the deaths of over 750 thousand civilians, the ruination of Iraq, plunder, illegal detention, torture, and numerous assaults on the Constitution and civil liberties at home.

Did you and Cheney really imagine you would get away with the whole feeble, orchestrated, sordid, mass murdering, money appropriating, scheme? The two of you and most of your past and present administration are clearly criminals -- if not terrorists. You all have more innocent blood on your hands than any other nation or group extant today! So explain yourselves before the people! Failing an adequate legal and convincing explanation the people will DEMAND JUSTICE AND TRY YOU AND YOUR COHORTS ACCORDING TO LAW!

No one will be able to save your miserable hides -- be advised!
