Kosovo calamity undermines Europe’s security

Most of us are familiar with the almost universally known adage, “a million wrongs do not make a right;” we are also familiar with the concept of shared criminality, most popularly depicted as a mafia leader demanding that every member of his group put a bullet into the body of a victim. In this way the most sordid and heinous of all criminal bonds is forged; all participants share in the guilt of murder!

A unilateral declaration of independence in Kosovo raises many legal issues, not least of which is the flagrant illegality of appropriating a sovereign nation’s territories. According to all local and international law Serbia and its allies are legally justified in repelling all assaults on their sovereign territories. Also, the very important issue of UPHOLDING AND MAINTAINING INTERNATIONAL LAW should not be forgotten. Regardless of the number of nations that participate in a crime, the FACT REMAINS it is still a CRIME!

LET HISTORY RECORD THAT IN THE EVENT OF A RETALIATORY RESPONSE THE MORAL AND LEGAL RIGHT REMAINS WITH SERBIA AND HER ALLIES!

We are of course aware of the strategic value of the western Balkans, especially in relation to energy infrastructures and Western Europe’s energy requirements, but those issues do not sanction the illegal appropriation of territory. European nations have entered into mutually beneficial arrangements for centuries; the energy needs of Western Europe does not require an American 'solution' today! The criminal U.S. approach of ‘might is right,’ and steal what you need (Iraq) is anathema to everything we know today as civilised behaviour.

A case for War

All involved parties have so far underestimated the dangers of the Kosovo confrontation. History and the facts dictate that war is inevitable in the medium to long term; it is to the advantage of Russia and China to deal with the situation NOW rather than allow themselves to be surrounded and overwhelmed in the near future. The ambitions of America and its few allies are OBVIOUS, Kosovo constitutes a major challenge to Serbia and its allies, Russia and China – there should be no misunderstanding in this regard!

The Balkans are once again poised to determine the future of ALL Europe. An escalation and wider conflict can of course be avoided by observing LAW and ORDER! Serbia is acutely aware of the needs of Western Europe and its neighbours; normal business solutions would be welcomed; however, any attempt to arrive at an illegal ‘solution’ invites a regrettable future for all.

Any nation that imagines that Russia, China and its allies would simply sit by and allow themselves to be vanquished is sorely mistaken. The U.S. ‘solution’ is naïve, irresponsible and would no doubt lead to greater conflict, as history is my witness!

Russia and Serbia have no choice but to mount a two-pronged vigorous, simultaneous challenge in the courts and in the field. The immediate mobilisation of military forces along threatened borders is imperative – the removal of all foreign occupation forces and associated bases on Serbian sovereign territories is now demanded.

The legal and moral right remains with Russia and China in support of their mutual ally Serbia; all defensive arrangements are undertaken in accordance with international LAW and convention. Any assault on a nation’s territorial integrity cannot be tolerated and will be met with all necessary force. Freedom is not easily surrendered to despots and criminals.

Reality must be faced – a vigorous challenge and forceful confrontation is unavoidable. FAILURE TO ACT WOULD SIGNAL DEFEAT! Time is on the side of the invaders.

It is imperative that threatened nations send a clear and UNCOMPROMISING message NOW!
