The FARCE that is the International Criminal Court (ICC)

China has questioned the “legitimacy” of the ICC immediately after it issued a warrant for the arrest of the President of Sudan, Omar Hassan al-Bashir, for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity. The ‘legitimacy’ of the court is in question due to its flagrant PARTIALITY -- we haven’t heard a peep from the ICC regarding warrants and charges against American or Israeli war criminals to date! And that is not for lack of EVIDENCE, which is freely available in the PUBLIC DOMAIN, notwithstanding the compromising public admissions (relating to torture) made on national television by former VP, Dick Cheney! Is it possible that ICC (and UN) investigators are so blind or incompetent? Highly unlikely! OR IS THE COURT A BRAZENLY BIASED INSTITUTION OF POLITICAL CONVENIENCE AND THEREFORE LEGALLY ILLEGITIMATE in every sense of the word?

[Of interest to advocates is the syntax utilised by the ICC in the charges; accusations describe al-Bashir as, “a direct or indirect perpetrator” – VERY GOOD, that syntax covers almost everyone in the Bush regime and NATO! We wish you all success but be ready to apprehend Western leaders based on the wording of your current charges. Perhaps you are unaware that the LAW, my imbecilic, puppet ‘friends,’ is a TWO-EDGED SWORD. No doubt the terminology will be adjusted, verifying without doubt the OVERT PARTIALITY of the most flagrant political court in modern history, the ICC at the Hague!]

The most publicised war criminals in the world today are former members of the Bush regime. As each week passes more evidence surfaces of misdeeds and serious improprieties committed by the Bush regime during its tenure in office – the most recent are memos incriminating Bush, Cheney and their legal advisers relating to torturing illegally held detainees -- yet not a whimper from the ‘International’ Criminal Court!

There is a veritable flood of (freely available) EVIDENCE incriminating American and Israeli senior leaders, some of which has recently been submitted to the Court, yet NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN to date!

We suggest that prior to offering thin excuses (jurisdiction) or attempting to avoid dealing with the most heinous war crime committed this century – I refer to the IRAQ HOLOCAUST and the culpable leaders of the ‘coalition of the willing,’ Bush, Blair and Howard – we recommend the court familiarise itself with the meaning of three words, CREDIBILITY, INTEGRITY and LEGITIMACY; then perhaps it should direct its attention to matters of J-U-S-T-I-C-E!

We are also aware that Western interests have THEIR rebel leader, Khalil Ibrahim, waiting in the wings for just such a ‘decision’ by the ICC; they hope it affords them a ‘cloak of legitimacy’ for seizing power in the Sudan. "When this warrant comes it is, for us, the end of Bashir's legitimacy to be President of Sudan,” announced JEM leader, Ibrahim! [Give us a break!]

Impartial ‘International’ Criminal Court, my arse!
