sky and sea
exchange places
horizons dissolve into infinity
you Love like a man
but i am man – this love is strange
unsettling
but
addictive
Pan dances and
pipes (his) radical
sensuality
satyrs
lose themselves
swirling in
wild abandon
is your Love Pan’s revenge
for lapses into
the mundane,
for occasionally
deferring to cultural conformity?
with your light Lucifer avenge
advance refrain
insatiate
seas condense into
droplets of sweat
on our bellies
oceans form
tiny navel lakes
what are Gods and conventions
but men's creation
locked in
sexual embrace
we expand and consume entire
worlds …

leave convention
to undertakers, conservatives
moaning
swirling
unite the irreconcilable;
what relevance
gender behaviours?

let it go
accept what i have
to give
