Asian high court shows the way

Formerly listed as the most corrupt nation in the world, Indonesia is now demonstrating to a thoroughly corrupt American judiciary and administration that the LAW must be observed and allowed to function without interference from the State; the world’s most corrupt nations now seem to emanate from the West! We refer to the flagrant flouting of international law and convention in relation to illegal detention, pre-emptive warfare, torture, and disregard of the territorial integrity of sovereign nations. YES, with over one million civilian deaths to its ‘credit’ America is beyond dispute as the world’s leading terrorist and criminal State followed closely by the dominant nations of NATO!

The Indonesian high court asserted its independence and integrity from military, agency and government interference by convicting an operative for the murder of well-known activist, Munir Thalib, by poisoning on a flight to Amsterdam in 2004.

The landmark decision has sent shockwaves through the ranks of corrupt military and agency officials who are now scurrying for cover. The court’s decision also paves the way for further prosecutions of high-ranking officials and others involved in the assassination of the young activist. From the kangaroo court at the Hague to Washington DC, the times they are definitely changing. The East not only demonstrates its superiority in economic matters but also in moral and legal matters -- take note, thoroughly corrupt western legal and other state institutions!

In many respects the world seems to be undergoing a radical shift to the East, once the moral, philosophical and enlightened centre of civilisation. The west is responding to this shift with increasing barbarism, gangsterism and social disintegration. It is clear that western democracies are a farce; western nations are ruled by thoroughly corrupt plutocrats – the evidence in this respect is abundant!

The Indonesian court's decision also paves the way for the cowardly Australians to expedite the arrests of the known murderers of the ‘Balibo five’ – we are all waiting for Justice Mr. Rudd! Perhaps Australia may eventually snap out of the cowardly imprint left by former PM, John ‘shameless coward’ Howard, but his protégé, Kevin Rudd, offers little inspiration or hope!

A good indication that Australia has returned to its traditional values would be the removal of the Union Jack from the flag! Perhaps then Aussies would not be perceived as the West’s most cowardly, cringing nation – the legacy of conservative servility under Howard.
