Puppet Presidents and Robot Soldiers – only in America!
nano, Monday, Dec 1 2008, 9:29am
In a press release, we are sure the Pentagon and White House will soon regret, America’s genius military technology developers revealed their feeble (insane) attempts to legitimise war with “moral” robots -- for Pete’s sake! America seems to have forgotten that the most immoral activity any society could engage in is WAR! However, that oversight is understandable as the USA is currently the world’s leading genocidal nation -- over one million dead Iraqi civilians testify to the fact! (story and 1 comment)

Obama’s first problem is US war crimes
Andrew Sullivan via reed, Sunday, Nov 30 2008, 11:08pm
A small and largely unnoticed spat among the transition planners for the president-elect, Barack Obama, broke out last week. It was the first genuinely passionate debate among the Obamaites and it centres on a terribly difficult and terribly important decision that will be among the first that Obama has to make.

The SLAUGHTER of INNOCENTS and the rise of Terror
gan, Friday, Nov 28 2008, 10:28pm
The Clinton presidency, which is directly responsible for the fragmentation of the Balkans, destabilising African nations -- especially Somalia, Sudan, Congo, Rwanda -- and imposing the now infamous child-killing embargos on pre-invasion Iraq, paved a course for the next (neocon) administration to follow; which it did but with even greater zeal and disregard for international law and convention than the Clinton administration. CEOs 'cashed out' prior to economic crisis
Tom Eley via reed, Friday, Nov 28 2008, 7:14pm
Balzac’s maxim that “behind every great fortune lies a great crime” may yet prove a fitting epitaph for American capitalism. A recent survey by the Wall Street Journal reveals that CEOs at major US financial and real estate firms converted tens of millions of dollars of overvalued stock into cash prior to the eruption of the current financial crisis, even as many of their corporations approached the precipice.

Bones [and Skeletons]
John S. Hatch via reed, Friday, Nov 28 2008, 12:54am
American forces prevented 'military-age' males (roughly 12-65 years old) from leaving the city and then declared a 'free-fire zone' on anyone remaining. They used white phosphorus and thermobaric weapons. They used snipers against unarmed civilians. They killed, and killed, and killed. It was like Poppy's 'Highway of Death', but worse. Congratulations, Junior, you finally outdid the old man. Not even animals were spared. (story and 1 comment)

ANZAC legacy tarnished by today’s ADF
peptide, Thursday, Nov 27 2008, 10:03pm
I hoped I would never be required to confront the reality of Australian military forces consciously engaging in criminal assassinations -- methods usually associated with Israel’s IDF and the American mass murdering military. However, ABC journalists have recently uncovered the sordid activities of today’s (Howard’s and Rudd’s) ADF. And what a tragic day it is for Australia and its once proud and honourable defence force. Google's next step towards domination of the Information Age
Nicholas Pullen via quill, Thursday, Nov 27 2008, 7:46pm
[Numerous posts to this site (input google in search box) warned very early of Google's intention to monopolise ALL available data. The mass media has as usual been extremely sluggish in reporting real threats to our democracies and freedoms. However, perhaps from fear of its own future relevance, if Google succeeds with its plans, the mass media now reports on the Corporation that is without doubt the greatest threat to free thought and liberty in the world today. The Hopelessness of ‘Change’
Kingfisher, Wednesday, Nov 26 2008, 10:26pm
It should now be clear to all that Obama is a FRAUD – it’s full speed ahead for the status quo; it hasn’t missed a beat! The hope of the people has been dashed against the megalith of American power; a monster that prevails against any single politician (JFK) or group that opposes it – notwithstanding that nothing is able to prevail against the PEOPLE!

Insider bankster Paulson to throw another $1.2 Trillion at FAILED financial system
yarra, Tuesday, Nov 25 2008, 11:32pm
The US is clearly bankrupt; however, the same pathology that denies the civilian death toll in Iraq (one million innocent souls) also denies the REALITY that the economy and financial system are DEAD, and have been for some time. It is time for all Americans to apply another delusional, mythic, remedy to the real economy – RESURRECTION! [Laughing out loud!] Give it your best shot you SICK, pathological DENIERS. Ask Jesus fucking Christ to ‘bail’ you out, you mindless morons! You would quickly learn that no MAN MADE ‘GOD’ or MYTH is able to affect even a single hair on the head of the most ardent delusionist/religionist/fantacist – you vacuum-headed imbeciles!

U.S. Pledges Top $7.7 Trillion to Ease Frozen Credit
Mark Pittman and Bob Ivry via gan, Tuesday, Nov 25 2008, 9:21am
The U.S. government is prepared to provide more than $7.76 trillion on behalf of American taxpayers after guaranteeing $306 billion of Citigroup Inc. debt yesterday. The pledges, amounting to half the value of everything produced in the nation last year, are intended to rescue the financial system after the credit markets seized up 15 months ago. APEC dunderheads suitably attired!
budgie, Sunday, Nov 23 2008, 8:26pm
Leaders of the Asia-Pacific Economic ‘Co-operative’ traditionally finalise their gathering by donning the national dress of the host nation. This year was no exception; however, in a bid to humble or portray leaders as they really are – PUPPETS and potato-heads – a very astute ‘designer’ dressed the ‘world leaders’ in potato-sack ponchos – and what a sight it made! The narcissist clowns presented to the public as leaders (chunder) have been accurately rendered as potato-head puppets to the Corporations and Big business. We thank you Peru for demonstrating to the world the real calibre of our ‘leaders’ – what a fuckin’ joke! (story and 2 images)

is that America will more than likely be relegated to the background. The loci of power are inexorably moving EAST; and there is nothing outside a full-scale nuclear conflict that could alter that course – world leaders beware! Americans are proven mass murderers, as the civilian holocaust in Iraq clearly indicates! (story and 2 comments and 3 images)

All doubt relating to Barack Obama’s status as puppet and house slave is removed by simply citing his support base – what a circus! Look it up and offer it as verification to the most hardened sceptics. [A few supporters of the ‘people’s president’ (what a laugh) are mentioned here to ‘stimulate’ further research; “Goldman Sachs, J. P. Black Africans give world a lesson in Asymmetric Warfare
Captain, Tuesday, Nov 18 2008, 1:11am
Superpowers are in shock over the news that Somali pirates have seized a super tanker three times the size of an aircraft carrier off the coast of Kenya! Perhaps we should recall the destructive actions of the USA around the globe but particularly in Somalia. The national economy is completely ruined; faced with starvation or slavery, Somalis have developed a lucrative sub-economy from the proceeds of piracy. (story and 2 images)

Will an Obama Administration seek to restore justice?
John S. Hatch via krill, Monday, Nov 17 2008, 8:45am
Amidst the somewhat hysterical euphoria of the Obama win is the fact that he has some very sober decisions to make, and his choice of Chief of Staff (Rahm Emanuel has already had to apologise for remarks by his once-terrorist father) does not auger well. Why choose someone who has served in Israel’s brutal IDF and who is rabidly anti-Palestinian? Is this ‘Change’? Also disturbing is talk of retaining Secretary of Defense Robert Gates with all his Iran-Contra baggage. Or Madeleine Albright who insanely stated that the undisputed deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children (under the age of five) during the (ineffectual to Saddam) sanctions following Gulf War I were ‘worth it’. Or possibly appointing Paul Volker to head Treasury. Change? This sounds like Business As Usual.

The Sickest News of the Day: Obama’s White House puppy

The Associated Press is running yet another story on the now notorious “Pet Sematary” White House puppy! A previous article mentioned the obscenity of the American media and its obsession with trivial matters while people are being slaughtered DAILY by American forces and mindless remote-controlled UAV (drone) attacks!
