text Peace is Earned -- Not Bestowed cleaves, Friday, Jul 28 2006, 7:30am
The people are once again faced with a very real opportunity to act and change the status quo. The USA has abandoned its traditional 'act' of peacekeeper in the Middle East. Two clear prerogatives present themselves in the face of ongoing hostilities, a people’s movement or another nation filling the vacuum left by the U.S. (which has tragically become an involved party in the conflict). How many times must the opportunity for Peace go begging?

Bolton, the "painful response". image Factored-in nano, Wednesday, Jul 26 2006, 1:58pm
The middle of the twentieth century was the last occasion a belligerent nation stunned the world with violent military invasions. The major powers watched passively while a rogue military nation boldly occupied a number of sovereign states; the excuses offered by the aggressor at that time are similar to the inanities and diatribes the world is offered today by Israel and the U.S. However, some would make the distinction that the comments made by John Bolton and Condoleezza Rice are even less believable than the mendacious propaganda of Dr. Joseph Goebbels. text Through the Abyss tora diab, Monday, Jul 24 2006, 5:17pm
Who or what is able to contend with one tempered by the horror of horrors, one who willingly enters the fires of hell in order to overcome? The demons run at the sight of those that have overcome the transforming fires of the Abyss! Only those that have passed through are able to comprehend our state. For the rest, run, hide or die are your only options. WE RULE THE RULERS.
Thus refined we achieve perfection in LOVE -- We are ONE!

text Protest Poetry penn, Sunday, Jul 23 2006, 6:13am
The USA has forfeited any claim it may have had on moral leadership as a result of its failure to respond in a timely and appropriate fashion to the Middle East crisis. It has also lost the initiative in all matters international. Other nations have been forced to respond to the crisis in the face of U.S. incompetence. The following poem is an expression of disgust at the cold-blooded callousness and disregard for human life openly displayed by the USA and Israel. It is dedicated to the U.S. Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice. (story and 1 comment)

Secretary Rice image Slow Motion Diplomacy: Rice and Matza Balls peptide, Friday, Jul 21 2006, 10:43am
Condoleezza Rice (finally) announced that she would visit the war torn Middle East in the near future – let’s not rush to the assistance of innocent civilians and perhaps even prevent a humanitarian disaster! Rice also dismissed any hope of brokering an immediate cease-fire. She added that negotiating a cease-fire would be counter-productive at present! The international community has noted America’s lethargy and unwillingness to act in the present circumstances. The world is aware however that Israel would not have pursued its present hostile course without prior consent from Washington; Rice’s inaction and firm dismissal of any hope of a brokered cease-fire spells very clearly the relationship between Washington and Tel Aviv. The Leo Strauss Legacy: Neocon Warmongers image Shifting Values and the New Barbarism finn, Wednesday, Jul 19 2006, 3:55pm
The attention of the world has once again been drawn to the Middle East, to a group of warring tribes. Today however, we witness a ‘new’ warfare, a type promoted by the Zionists Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz. This new warfare is a composite ‘solution’, an amalgam of the permanent revolution/war doctrine of Lev Bronstein (Trotsky); the tactics of Henry Kissinger (carpet bomber of three million innocent Indo-Chinese civilians) and Leo Strauss, whose exclusivist/elitist philosophy lies behind the events of 9/11, the anthrax letters and the rise of ‘terrorism’ – the new public enemy designed to replace the defunct bogeyman of communism! text The Concept of Innocence in Today’s World finch, Monday, Jul 17 2006, 7:20pm
This short paper does not pretend to a thorough analysis, however, it is hoped that the few indications would suffice both to verify assertions and to indicate a rich direction for further research.

Innocence implies a lack of guilt or blamelessness; the images humans readily associate with the concept of innocence are those of infants, suckling babes, children and the newborn. A species tends to identify and place value on itself. In contrast to instinctive emotions we have the superimposition of cultural values/demands. Religion is the traditional repository and medium of constructed/cultural values. A cursory analysis would reveal that cultural values are not usually compatible with strong instinctive emotions. The value placed on the lives of defenceless children, infants and the newborn will be the criteria utilised to easily prove our assertions. (story and 2 comments)

text Order of The Day gan, Saturday, Jul 15 2006, 8:24am
Gone are the days of a fair fight and a ‘just’ war – whatever that insane expression is supposed to mean – today we have the actions of the ‘might is right’ ideology of barbarism. This ‘new’ primitivism is evident in the actions of Zionist Israel and the Zionist influenced USA. Today’s wars are the most inglorious wars in human history. How proud we should be of our achievements when we allow idiotic differences and greed to escalate into bloodshed. What a ‘noble’ race of ‘civilised’ humans we are! View this planet as a visitor and be thoroughly appalled.

text Semiotic Sequences and Cultural Appropriation peptide, Wednesday, Jul 12 2006, 5:07pm
I have recently discovered that donning a cleaner’s garb or waiter’s apron is a passport to a wealth of knowledge. A very rich harvest of information is available to every non-descript person in a service industry. A typical but dated example (I do not wish to compromise my current activities) would be an overheard conversation between two bankers regarding the then new strategy of reducing (their) costs while simultaneously narrowing the options/freedoms of the population. The banks and other large financial institutions decided that it would be far more expedient and profitable to run their businesses utilising a strategy of perpetual debt rather than temporary debt. ‘Joe and Josephine’ citizen were about to become perpetual debtors or economic slaves.

text Cultural Debasement: Collective Identity and Capitalism Chris Murray, Tuesday, Jul 11 2006, 9:08am
The Irish State has passed, since 2002 a raft of legislations that are anti-citizen and anti-community. This has resulted in community and ecological activists taking a frontline defence aginst the incursion of capitalism. The issue for us as a community now is protection and stewarding our environment or bowing to what has been exposed as a form of cultural debasement wherein the state and elitists have attempted to divorce community from their heritage that is rich with stories, ideas and poetry. No where is this more obvious than in the ongoing battle to save the Tara-Skyrne Valley from destruction. (story and 1 comment)

text Missile Crisis in a Teacup dingo, Thursday, Jul 6 2006, 11:50am
A considered and balanced view of the media event presently saturating the airwaves, the “North Korean Missile Crisis”, would reveal an hysterical, farcical over-reaction! The Korean so-called long range ICBM explodes on launch – good one, Kim! But notice how quick the coalition of willing criminals are to utilise anything to draw the public's attention away from the criminality of Guantanamo Bay, Iraq, Camp Bond Steel (occupation base in the Balkans which utilises the services of East European child sex slaves to service American troops). THIS IS AMERICA, policeman of the world, welcome to ‘freedom’, exploitation and the pollution that is American culture. Rosa Cherie image A Preponderance of Rosas Inana, Tuesday, Jul 4 2006, 10:48pm
This piece was prompted by an image of the 'Rosa Cherie' published in the Guardian International Newspaper a couple of weeks ago.

It indicated a full colour photograph of the Rosa Cherie, a new hybrid developed for the Birmingham flower show that looked like a vulva. It was juxtaposed with an image of a mitre, indicating the ongoing Episcopalian schism over a female bishopric.

Cherie Blair was photographed veiled and in conversation with Benedict the 16th precisely a week before, to discuss the decline in the European birth Rate. At the time of seeing both these images and the positioning of this woman as some sort of a Rosa Mundi, an example to western women of the stability of the capitalist ethos, in the light of her spouse prosecuting an illegal war against a soverign nation and giving conscience and voice to U.S imperialism, I felt the need to protest. text The Starving Millions and “Kylie Minogue’s Ordeal” finch, Tuesday, Jul 4 2006, 7:28am
It’s called distraction, shifting focus, drawing attention away from the real issues that beset the majority of humans on the planet. We are all anticipating another round of distracting emotive images on our televisions; things are not going well for the powers, it’s time for another ‘circuit’ of abuse awareness commercials, always topical and a guaranteed mind-shifter. The public consciousness is a well-managed resource – never doubt it!

text The Gaza Strip and Jewish Ideology nano, Saturday, Jul 1 2006, 6:31pm
Whether you love them or hate them, Jews are nothing if not consistent. The first detailed record of genocide (committed by Jews) is in the Old Testament. As recorded in Jewish Scripture, the Jew Joshua claimed that Jehovah instructed him to slaughter the innocent civilian men, women, children and even babes on the tit in Canaanite cities and towns. These acts of barbaric atrocity were not problematic for the Jews of history or today’s Israeli Jews it would seem. One Jewish hostage, Gilad Shalit, and the State of Israel declares war – is this an over reaction or just cultural consistency? (story and 1 comment)

BANKSY -- Justice [sword and scales vandalised] image Illegal: US Supreme Court’s ruling on Torture Bay gade, Thursday, Jun 29 2006, 8:23am
The US Supreme Court ruled today that Guantanamo Bay detention/torture centre was illegal (by implication) and the kangaroo military commission established to try the detainees is in breach of the Geneva Convention, well duh! Expert international lawyers stated the plain facts – illegality – of the matter from the start. Who could accuse the ‘slow to see daylight’ US court system of bias? Surely the principal pillars of American ‘justice’ could not be influenced by Bush or his neo-cons? (story and 3 comments and 1 image)

text Richard Perle: A Serial Warmonger! William Hughes, Monday, Jun 26 2006, 5:34am
He accused President George Bush of cowardice. He said, “Bush blinked” and authorized the European coalition (EU-3) “to approach Tehran with proposals to reward the mullahs if they promised to end their nuclear weapons program...The mullahs don’t blink--they glare...I know it is not too late for us, not to give substance to Bush’s words, not too late to redeem our honor.” I had to wonder if Perle cleared this personal attack on Bush, with Cheney? Rumsfeld? And, who is he to talk about redeeming “honor?” He doesn't’ have any! (story and 1 comment)

Cardinal Pell image The Cardinal and the Bondi Boy cleaves, Sunday, Jun 25 2006, 1:47pm
Just prior to the appointment of Ratzinger to Pontiff, I happened to cross the path of Cardinal George Pell in Pitt Street, Sydney, early one evening. I couldn’t help (politely) inquiring of him whether he was a man of God. He responded, much to my amazement, “I don’t know about, ‘man of God’, I am a Catholic Priest!” Regardless of anything previously stated by various commentators, his answer to me was forthright, candid and accurate (by his own admission). I was somewhat disarmed by his candour and manner, which was in contrast to his bearing and physical stature, he is a huge man around 6’ 5”, I would guess. (story and 1 image)

text Leaders and Led sun, Thursday, Jun 22 2006, 8:28am
Leaders are our example and we should emulate and follow that example at all times, in this way we guarantee a future of complete destructive ‘anarchy’ for the world – ‘blessed are the liars and murderers for they have inherited the earth’! Whatever the discourse and regardless of any other consideration we will incorporate it to achieve our aims. The law and other ‘constraints’ are for the weak; we create and alter laws according to our needs. ‘Sedition’ automatically implies our ‘right’ and your ‘wrong’ – we are the trustees of 'reality', we weave the social fictions YOU live by.
