Hackers Force Shutdown of Europe’s Largest ETS Carbon Con
nano, Thursday, Jan 20 2011, 11:01pm
A digital attack in Europe’s fledgling $100 billion carbon market netted hackers over $38 million in carbon credits. The attack forced the shutdown of Europe’s entire ETS trading apparatus. To state that computer network security in various EU member States is uncoordinated and inadequate would be stating the obvious. Securing systems uniformly in diverse European States presents as a nightmare/joke.

Tony Blair, War Criminal and LIAR, what’s New?
styx, Tuesday, Jan 18 2011, 7:45pm
The following piece from London's Daily Mail is old news; Blair not only misled parliament he also deceived the British people; Blair, Bush and Howard, the 'coalition of willing' puppets, were clearly placed and maintained in power to serve specific interests and follow a Corporate agenda -- 'their' total disregard for the LAW, demonstrated by the illegal invasion of Iraq and the civilian holocaust that resulted, is ample proof that the interests they serve consider themselves ABOVE the LAW. While Bush, Blair and Howard remain free to enjoy the fruits of their criminal actions, we all pay the price and suffer the consequences of their actions and OUR INACTIONS.
Blair is a known LIAR and war criminal, responsible, with his coalition partners, for the first civilian holocaust of the new century – SO WHAT IS SOCIETY DOING ABOUT IT? That is THE ISSUE. (story and 3 comments and 2 images)

Cyber War -- a 21st Century Reality
Kismo, Monday, Jan 17 2011, 10:38pm
Western powers have been slow to develop skills in the crucial theatre of cyber warfare; nevertheless it seems, they have finally engaged. An unsubstantiated report from the UK Telegraph claims that a joint Israeli-US cyber attack may have compromised critical computer systems at Iran’s largest nuclear facility. The Pentagon’s Response
baz, Saturday, Jan 15 2011, 7:54pm
Never ever assume you’ve seen or heard the worst from the USA, as the sociopaths that rule that nation never cease assailing honour, truth, justice, morality and integrity. Just when you think that nation couldn’t possibly sink any lower, the bar of common decency and morality is lowered AGAIN. (story and 1 image)

Maintaining military occupations in foreign lands in the 21st century is simply UNTENABLE – didn’t you know? Experts are aware you have already lost the most important battle of your war for world supremacy – the battle for the hearts and minds of the population of the WORLD.

War Crimes Incorporated
gan, Thursday, Jan 13 2011, 8:33pm
Today’s unwanted but NECESSARY home Truth is, Drone ‘warfare’ is a WAR CRIME. It kills far more civilians than combatants. It fuels VEHEMENT opposition to the U.S. and its puppet allies. But worst of all, it clearly indicates the FAILURE of the U.S. military and their best strategists to deal legally with modern warfare. (story and 1 comment)

The following video is an INSPIRING compilation of speeches and responses by Jack Kennedy, Martin Luther King and Texan Libertarian, Ron Paul.
The conservative executive, Bankers and Corporatists behind them, had two of these men assassinated; is it not time to bring today's KNOWN criminals to trial? The criminal Corporatist elites have wrought so much misery and havoc on the world that we simply cannot allow it to continue.. YES WE CAN RID OURSELVES OF THE CRIMINAL FILTH THAT HAVE HIJACKED OUR GOVERNMENTS AND DEMOCRACIES. (story and 2 comments)

Racial Divide USA
swift, Sunday, Jan 9 2011, 8:09am
Think of the LEGION of Corporate and Wall St criminals that instigate wars, corrupt our governments, destroy global economies, pollute our planet, destroy our jobs and continue to receive bonuses. Contrast the treatment of brazen 'white' collar criminals with the unjust VICTIMIZATION of blacks and other racial minorities in America.
The United States is not becoming a Police State, it IS a Police State, as this shocking video clearly indicates.

Pentagon Guilty of Criminal Negligence in Iraq -- countless lives needlessly lost
swift, Friday, Jan 7 2011, 9:12pm
The following story does an admirable job of describing past events that clearly reveal the incompetence and bungling of the US military during its illegal invasion of Iraq. Indeed, any person, organisation or nation that has had any experience with the yanks knows only too well the lack of expertise, gross negligence and dangerous rustic arrogance that characterises everything American, including its Corporate controlled military. But the story fails miserably in ONE critical area, ANALYSIS! (story and 1 image)

America's Next Failure: the Police State
Prof John Kozy via stan, Friday, Jan 7 2011, 7:06am
Every police force in the nation has cold (unsolved) cases. The War on Drugs has been ineffective for more than forty years. No one knows where a vast number of illegal immigrants even are. The CIA has been unable to locate Osama bin Laden after more than ten years of searching. Your local police cannot protect you from burglaries, drive by shootings, rapes, domestic abuse, or murder—even with the help of most ordinary citizens. The situation is so bad that numerous legislatures have legalized the carrying of loaded weapons so that ordinary people can protect themselves which is a complete abdication of the usual view that people should not take the law into their own hands. So what in the world would make anyone believe that policing can protect us from terrorists?

Gay American Novelist Rolls in Pink Grave
snowy, Wednesday, Jan 5 2011, 10:48pm
Mark Twain, famous homosexual social commentator, journalist, raconteur, novelist and adventurer must be having a fit in fag heaven at the moment. An oft quoted Twainian statement, "the difference between the almost right word and the right word is … the difference between the lightening bug and lightning," becomes highly relevant today as the U.S., in true Orwellian mode, and without any intervention from the Capitol, flagrantly attempts to re-write American history. Otherwise the world is laughing at this paper tiger we've become.'' (story and 1 comment)

Al Gore's Role in the Goldman Sachs Carbon Con
Richard Pollock via baz, Sunday, Jan 2 2011, 7:42pm
Major Corporate Polluters must be penalised in order to stem the flow of poisons into the environment and as we are aware Corporations PATHOLOGICALLY avoid additional costs. WE must therefore exercise constant VIGILANCE in order to prevent polluters avoiding or shifting responsibility to the public.
The Corporate sector makes astronomical PROFITS that are easily able to absorb the additional cost of cleaner energy production. The Corporations have for far too long avoided safety and low pollution protocols, which decease their profits. It is time that their ill gotten gains were utilised for compensation, reparation and clean energy. Whether or not those additional costs result in low profits is not an issue, as it is the planet and life on earth at stake.
The Corporations must not be allowed to AVOID RESPONSIBILITY and SHIFT the BLAME and COSTS of THEIR polluting onto others. Goldman Sachs (and friends) would have the public pay for their mistakes while continuing to extract profits. The following article reveals the sordid machinations behind the plan to create enormous profits from Carbon Trading. (story and 1 comment and 1 image)
