China’s Rise, America’s Fall
Ron Unz via stan, Friday, Apr 20 2012, 10:16am
The rise of China surely ranks among the most important world developments of the last 100 years. With America still trapped in its fifth year of economic hardship, and the Chinese economy poised to surpass our own before the end of this decade, China looms very large on the horizon. We are living in the early years of what journalists once dubbed “The Pacific Century,” yet there are worrisome signs it may instead become known as “The Chinese Century.”

Obama the Dunce and the Afghan 'Train Wreck'
Conn Hallinan via stele, Wednesday, Apr 18 2012, 11:08pm
AGAIN, the MYTH of 'superpower' has been shattered but this time by a rag tag group of dedicated fighters with minimal arms and technology. Regardless of all the zillions of dollars and high tech weaponry of the invaders, Afghanistan is an utter FAILURE, as was Vietnam! PROVING that a population that opposes and RESISTS invaders ALWAYS prevails. Are you reading this you gutless Iraqi Arabs and tragic, once fighting, Serbs -- take back YOUR nations?

Following hot on the heels of a sadistic, racist, Israeli soldier slamming his rifle into the face of a peaceful protester we have the USAF advancing on peaceful protesters in the USA -- just perfect! (story and 3 comments)

Megaupload Preparing Multi-Billion Dollar IPO Before Bust
torrentfreak via rapido, Tuesday, Apr 17 2012, 10:47am
INDEPENDENT IT entrepreneurs and armies of anonymous hackers present as the only effective force battling against ruling Wall St Banking and Corporate elites that murder (Gaddafi gold oil trading) or paralyse (Assange compromising government) anyone that poses a threat to their wealth or power. The very untimely, 'illegal' raid on Kim Dotcom, as will become apparent as the case proceeds, reeks of a conspiracy to destroy an independent operator who is known to be contemptuous of the current status quo. The cowardly armed assault by a Jewish soldier on a peaceful activist depicted in this video highlights YET AGAIN what Jews really think of non-Jews; but don't take anyone's word for it, believe Deuteronomy and YOUR own eyes! This is the gut-turning disgraceful, murdering, racist, scumbag nation the US unconditionally supports! (story and 6 comments and 2 images and 1 audio file)

Tribunal to Hear Second War Crime Charge Against Bush & Associates
Will, Monday, Apr 16 2012, 8:12am
All well and good, but you have already convicted Bush and others in the FIRST trial -- would it be more appropriate to now SENTENCE him to DEATH, effective immediately? To be shot on sight by any moral, just and law abiding citizen -- sentence would also apply to other coalition members, Howard and Blair. That sentence and its execution would be fairer than anything American/NATO war criminals offered their many INNOCENT civilian victims. (story and 1 comment and 2 images)

ICC, Clearly a Criminal Puppet Court for US/NATO
Margaret Kimberley via stele, Sunday, Apr 15 2012, 10:27pm
The (soon to be FATAL) dissociative pathology of today's minority global ruling elites is perhaps most clearly demonstrated by the (non)actions of the absurd, Kafkaesque International Criminal Court at the Hague. Since it was established it only prosecutes enemies of the US/NATO and remains completely BLIND to the atrocities committed by Israel, America and NATO on numerous fronts, regardless of the MANY appeals made to it by other nations/groups!

The Oz Carbon Tax/Crucifixion -- the REAL Cost
dasha, Saturday, Apr 14 2012, 9:23pm
After reading the following report, based on conservative estimates, the question that should be asked is WHO designed this outrageous Tax? We know Corporate lackey, Juliar Gillard isn't capable of independent thought, she was pushed into power because Rudd began to oppose the powers. So who is behind this unnecessary, crucifying TAX BURDEN, which will INCREASE the cost of EVERYTHING? (story and 1 comment and 2 images)

Unprecedented fungal threats to ecosystem, health and food supply
research report via gan, Saturday, Apr 14 2012, 10:43am
"The past two decades have seen an increasing number of virulent infectious diseases in natural populations and managed landscapes. In both animals and plants, an unprecedented number of fungal and fungal-like diseases have recently caused some of the most severe die-offs and extinctions ever witnessed in wild species, and are jeopardizing food security. Human activity is intensifying fungal disease dispersal by modifying natural environments and thus creating new opportunities for evolution. We argue that nascent fungal infections will cause increasing attrition of biodiversity, with wider implications for human and ecosystem health, unless steps are taken to tighten biosecurity worldwide." -- Nature (story and 1 image)

Oz Greens Leader 'Retires'
trev, Thursday, Apr 12 2012, 11:18pm
Australian Greens leader, Bob 'poop pusher' Brown, who helped saddle the Australian people with a crucifying Carbon Tax for Wall Street Bankers, has suddenly retired from active political life. Brown, an infamous homosexual (a la Obama) and nefarious ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT supporter, is on record for (pathologically) mentioning his mother during parliamentary debates, for Christ's sake! Brown has either been pushed or has jumped ship. He and fellow Washington lackey Labor leader Juliar 'five US bases' Gillard, have become the focus of national loathing for serving foreign interests rather than the Australian people. The writing was on the wall! (story and 1 image)

Radiation, irregular sleep patterns and Diabetes
staff report via dock, Wednesday, Apr 11 2012, 11:17pm
Humans have become disconnected to the normal rhythms of life due principally to the 'soup' of electro-magnetic and other radiation bombarding them on a daily basis. Mobile phones, digital appliances, media screens etc, all 'flickering'/pumping out harmful radiation; every medium oscillates at its own frequency and the combination creates an ever-present electronic 'soup' of invisible poison, which scientists are only now beginning to recognise for its broad-range harmful effects. Oz must not get too close to the US
Peter Leahy via mitch, Wednesday, Apr 11 2012, 10:50am
Former Army chief, General Peter Leahy, sounds a tactful warning about our one-sided relationship with the US. Specialists are aware that the US is targeting China at Australia's great expense; local defence chiefs are under no illusions regarding the greatest potential threat to Oz security and it doesn't emanate from China! Of course the Americans would like us to think it does, however, there is no denying that Indonesia continues to present the greatest potential threat to Oz security! (story and 1 image)
