Not so smooth after all!

The black saviour of the world, the great American orator, the ‘new transformative’ image America needs so desperately to succeed just fumbled his lines taking the Oath of Office, for Pete’s sake! Not even dunderhead ‘dubya’ fumbled those lines; sort of makes you wonder, don’t it? A portent of the future perhaps! A quick search of the net revealed this classic one-liner; "underneath the pose there's just more prose, I suppose." In a land of one-liners it makes its point! But we are not so harsh as to criticise a man, only a man, a puppet of the status quo, for exhibiting nerves on such a MOMENTOUS DAY OF FRAUD. Wake up America [real reform is so near we can taste it!]

Does the capital of DENIAL hope to infect the rest of world with its endemic psychopathology – NOT A CHANCE! THE WORLD SEEKS JUSTICE AND NOTHING LESS WILL SUFFICE! How on earth do you hope to deny the reality of one million innocent dead civilians in Iraq or the wanton murder sprees of Israel in Palestine and Lebanon? The whole world knows, YET you persist in your psychopathology and DENIAL, tragic! History records these war crimes as WAR CRIMES and no amount of rhetoric, spin or denial can alter that FACT.

Would you continue to rob the world of Hope and Peace with your doctrine of permanent war? The world would then have no alternative but to destroy you, before YOU destroy the world! Can you not see the error of your belligerent ways? It is ABSOLUTELY IMPERATIVE that you hold the previous administration ACCOUNTABLE for their MANY CRIMES; failure to dispense justice to the guilty would incur the penalty on the entire nation – you know it!

If you would succeed and take your place among the civilised nations of the world ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR ACTIONS and MAKE FULL REPARATIONS. We teach our children this simple guiding principle? Must America remain a petulant, infantile nation too immature to take its rightful place as a moral nation ready to cooperate in PEACE with a war-weary world that so DESPERATELY SEEKS PEACE AND HARMONY! Must you put a bullet in the head of this administration before it even gets off the ground?

Why is it both Bush and Obama intone the same refrain, “America does not torture?” How many times have we heard this LIE? The ENTIRE WORLD is AWARE that AMERICA TORTURES; ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT AND EMBARK ON REAL REFORM or perish; it really has come to that!

Must America remain a demented, sick elephant attempting to hide behind a straw?

The first step to reform, cure or healing of any kind is ACKNOWLEDGING your illness, faults and errors – but not a word from Obama/America on the misdirected policies that resulted in horrendous destruction and millions of innocent civilian deaths!

Obama takes oath again after inauguration mistake

US President Barack Obama has been administered the oath of office a second time at the White House because a word was out of sequence when he was sworn in yesterday.

Chief Justice John Roberts, who first administered the oath to Mr Obama on the steps of the US Capitol, also administered the oath to the president today in front of reporters.

The White House counsel said in a statement read by a spokesman the oath was administered a second time out of an "abundance of caution".

"We believe that the oath of office was administered effectively and that the President was sworn in appropriately yesterday," Robert Gibbs told reporters, quoting a statement from White House counsel Greg Craig.

"But the oath appears in the Constitution itself and, out of an abundance of caution, because there was one word out of sequence, Chief Justice John Roberts will administer the oath a second time."

After finishing the statement, Mr Gibbs ushered reporters into a room where Mr Obama was waiting, smiling, along with the Chief Justice.

The President spoke with journalists and then stood next to Roberts and took the oath again.
