Prior to launching into that INCOMPETENT IDIOT and COWARD, Stephen Smith, I remind the Oz public of this Minister’s debut on the international stage – YES, ‘kneepads,’ I refer to that extremely revealing press conference in Washington where Condi Rice openly mocked the GROVELLING Stephen Smith; Rice OPENLY LAUGHED at Smith AND by association AUSTRALIA! Smith squealed and whimpered all the while pledging his devotion and affirming Australia’s SLAVE STATUS to America.
As stated many times by numerous contributors to this site, the RUDD government CLEARLY DOES NOT REFLECT the SENTIMENTS or CHARACTER of AUSTRALIA or the vast majority of its PEOPLE! Grovelling, cowardly Smith was speaking for himself and Kevin Rudd while he was shamelessly pledging eternal servitude to a Foreign Nation!
It will become evident as we proceed with EXPOSURE AFTER EXPOSURE that Smith, Rudd and numerous other LACKEY politicians, past and present, have engaged in TREASONOUS, AND other activities CONTRARY TO THE BEST INTERESTS OF AUSTRALIA – the case against these lackeys and traitors would be a ‘lay down misère’ in any AUSTRALIAN Court.
Now some WELL KNOWN FACTS regarding China’s ‘legal’ system, with which all Foreign Minsters should be aware.
The ‘legal’ process in China is such that the arrested party makes QUIET AND BEHIND THE SCENES ‘representations’ in ‘various forms,’ to middle-level or higher authorities PRIOR to a case proceeding to the Chinese Courts. IT IS WIDELY KNOWN THAT ONCE A CASE REACHES THE COURTS THE ‘OFFENDER’ IS ALMOST ALWAYS, IF NOT ALWAYS, FOUND GUILTY! In other words the hard work MUST BE DONE PRIOR to a case reaching the COURTS!
As every man and his Chinese dog knows, the supremely ‘unbiased’ and ‘beyond reproach,’ Chinese Courts function as an arm of the Communist Government AND as a convenience for various other ‘honest’ officials lining their pockets!
However, the Hu/Rio Tinto case has become a media and propaganda event so the ‘methodology,’ Smith’s favourite word today, should be tailored for the circumstances. The situation now DEMANDS that direct but QUIET REPRESENTATIONS are made to Chinese leaders by Australian leaders to RESOLVE the double cross in the Rio Tinto Chinese share deal! Begging loathed America or other nations to intervene is the WORST possible strategy in the circumstances, but we have learned to expect the worst from Rudd and his pathetic lackey government!
In conclusion I would state that the Hu case, if handled correctly, even at this (bungled) late stage, could be resolved to everyone’s satisfaction; but time is running out so I will spell it out. If America is allowed to dump its worthless currency and appropriate our REAL ASSETS -- a Uranium mine in SA -- why can’t China dump EXACTLY THE SAME CURRENCY and acquire Oz assets too – that is the long and short (injustice) of it as China sees it, YOU USELESS, COWARDLY, Labor Party, DUNCES!

The newswire reports Indonesian police and/or military attacks, via proxy ‘terrorist groups,’ on Western targets in Jakarta. For those in the loop this attack was not unexpected but I would add that Australia will bring the Balibo murderers to trial regardless of how TRANSPARENTLY CORRUPT your special forces, Police or FORMER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS may be – the sooner you understand that, the better you will fare in the region!
