Oz Intelligence chiefs, a matter of shuffling Bureaucrats

David Irvine, the ‘new’ head of ASIO pulled his head out of his bureaucratic arse today just long enough to put his foot in his mouth! ‘Fresh’ from his post as ASIS chief, he has already displayed the calibre that locals have come to expect from their, “well planned event,” (Keelty) brain dead, security chiefs!

Irvine emerged from under his desk to address a gathering of the nation’s leading intelligence DUNCES and security retards; "It is a new experience for me … to actually talk to a public audience," he said. [We bet it is!] Irvine followed with this gem of a comment, “I can put it no more starkly than to say that the potential continues for serious threats to Australia, Australians abroad and at home," he said. Well, doh! In the wake of the Jakarta bombings the Oz population needed no reminder that murderous Indonesians, including their government special forces (Balibo Five) take great delight in killing ‘bule,’ the derogatory Indonesian term for white foreigners!

We hoped Irvine would tell us something not quite as obvious as the midday sun on the occasion of his first public address, but no such luck.

The thinking Oz public (a threatened species) is painfully aware of the MASSIVE FAILURE of security agencies in relation to the Jakarta bombings – it was left to a military man, Jim Truscott, former SAS (not even Sigs) to spell it out and expose the AFP, ASIO and CIA as the incompetent clowns they really are. The attacks were “inevitable” said Truscott; "... the fact that some 100 Jemaah Islamiah (JI) people were released only within the last couple of months, blind Freddy could see this [bombings] was going to happen." Blind Freddy could see what Oz and US agencies could not, but what’s new? Rudd and Obama can’t see past the scripts they’re given by CFR cronies in Washington?

I would AGAIN mention that Australia faced a violent terrorist threat on its soil in the form of Croatian fascists engaged in bombing their Yugoslav opponents in Sydney’s George St City, only a few decades past. The NSW Special Branch and former PM Gough Whitlam dealt very effectively with these murdering fascists under the existing laws of the time! I reiterate that the nation requires competent governance and expertise in its agencies, not more LAWS, musical chairs, or new jargon!

Irvine’s words were as hollow and lacklustre as the man himself, it is evident that Oz can expect the same appalling performance from its ‘new’ domestic spy chief as that displayed by previous buffoons who occupied the position before him (see link).

We should nevertheless not lose sight of the fact that final RESPONSIBILITY lies squarely with the PM, Kevin ‘yes Rupert’ Rudd, and his no-hoper ministers. Faced with questions of incompetence and negligence Rudd immediately ducked for cover; instead of addressing the extradition of the KNOWN Indonesian murderers of the Balibo five, Rudd, in bureaucratic gutless form, attempted to throw-off by creating more terrorist laws relating to ‘incitement,’ of all things.

Rudd’s Attorney General, Robert McClelland, announced that “he is about to unveil a raft of changes to Australia's counter-terrorism laws, including one targeting those who radicalise people, then try to tip them over the edge [how?] into launching an attack based on political views, ethnicity or religion.” Those directly affected by these new laws would include former PM and racist, John ‘Cronulla race riots’ Howard. There are no doubts that Howard’s racist policies, especially his collusion with AFP chief, Keelty, in the failed, $8.2 million attempted ‘frame-up’ of a dark skinned Indian doctor on terrorist charges, would qualify him for a thorough investigation.

Howard and his racist tactical advisor, Geoff Cousins, are both clearly responsibly for inciting the Cronulla race riots, which continue to find expression today in the form of ‘curry bashings!’ How much more revenue can this nation afford to lose, notwithstanding that Howard, Rudd and senior ministers have made the nation the brunt of ridicule and contempt.

What the incompetent new AG has failed to realise is that new laws cut in all directions and he just may have released a (useful to some) genii from its bottle.

It is clear the greatest threat to Australians today is DOMESTIC INCOMPETENCE, who knows the nature and type of consequences the nation may face as a result of the actions/policies of Rudd’s ministers and senior appointees.
