The world remembers the absurd excuse Wall St Bankers and Financiers used to blackmail and force government to handover trillions of dollars in public, taxpayer funds to ‘bail out’ the buffoons and criminals directly responsible for destroying the international economy. At the vanguard of this blackmail plot was a former director of Goldman (ETS) Sachs, then in the role as Chief of Treasury. [Can you imagine the job interview, Hank Paulson informing dubya Bush how and when he liked to be fellated?]
Allow me to clarify the ridiculous myth of ‘too big to fail,’ which a lobotomised American public accepted as a valid reason to surrender their hard-earned current and future tax funds.
The conditions imposed by Paulson allowed no government oversight on how the money would be distributed or utilised so naturally the bankers continued to shower themselves with millions in BONUSES (for their gross incompetence) while average Americans were being thrown out of their homes onto the street! That is the HARD REALITY of the situation, and if you think I’m going to sympathise with a bunch of losers you couldn’t be more wrong -- the historical onus, prerogative, AND POWER, HAS ALWAYS BEEN WITH THE PEOPLE!
Now consider what a real representative people’s politician would have done (not a lying black, white or brindle lackey) with criminal bankers attempting to blackmail the nation. An ultimatum should have been levelled at the entire banking fraternity of thieves and rogues -- notwithstanding the laying of criminal charges against those responsible for the MASSIVE FRAUD that caused the global economic collapse -- to rectify the problem they created or to face the consequence of immediate replacement (or nationalization) under government emergency laws. We do note that the industry is global and heavily modelled on organised crime principles; however, enough capable, replacement personnel exist in the profession to take the reins from the reprehensible criminals at the top. Justice could have been served but for the timidity and paralysis of the America population – that simple!
Surely the lesson has been learnt? If you/we the people require REAL 'CHANGE' then ACTION is NECESSARY, doh! – CHANGE requires ACTION not LIES, platitudes, or Obama’s wet, scripted RHETORIC. The people MUST ACT in order to EFFECT CHANGE -- this obvious reality is not rocket science but continues to evade the ‘genius’ and the SPINES of the American public!

An additional note relating to incompetent lackey politicians placed in power by Big Business is warranted:
I recently had the displeasure of encountering a high ranking policeman, so I seized the opportunity and confronted him with the absurd situation of teams of police raiding pubs and rock concerts with sniffer dogs and arresting a few kids for pills and smoking pot. I asked him flatly how many dogs and other methods (urine tests) police employ to detect COCAINE, he bragged that police sniffer dogs were “supremely capable” of detecting cocaine and other powdered substances. “Very good,” I replied, “so why haven't you executed SURPRISE RAIDS on the centres of the largest COCAINE ABUSE in the city – the STOCK MARKET and the BANKING INSTITUTIONS?” It is common knowledge among dealers, the public and regulators that the greatest COCAINE ABUSE occurs among the Banking and Financial fraternity.
The senior pig cleared his throat, turned his head and attempted to respond with muffled incoherence; not one rational excuse was offered, so to ease the pressure I interjected with, “we both KNOW why you don’t raid these institutions; your orders come from the top!” I then politely took my leave.
What a fuckin’ tragic joke OUR GOVERNMENTS, LEGAL and REGULATORY INSTITUTIONS have BECOME.
I need not remind the timid and demented population how EASILY the situation is REMEDIED. Restoring the INTEGRITY of government and its State apparatuses is a matter of course FOR COMPETENT, INDEPENDENT LEADERSHIP. The CLEARLY lame and shamelessly servile shits in office today I would not allow to manage an ant farm.
