Radioactive Fish and the FDA in Wonderland

The American Food and Drug Authority is buck passing and refusing to test West Coast fish for radiation when it is known that tuna and other species migrate from the East Coast of Japan to the West coast of continental America. However, this same ‘authority’ has recently ruled AGAINST clearly labelling GM food products for consumer information! That ruling alone makes the mad hatter look sane, as it is the RESPONSIBILITY of the FDA to enforce clear and informative labelling for health purposes and to allow the public to be aware of the foods they consume.
It seems the FDA is in someone’s [Monsanto’s] pocket -- ya kidding me! Furthermore, today’s wire carries stories that the nuclear disaster unfolding at Fukushima will NOT be controlled for another few YEARS and that it may take up to TEN YEARS to entomb the reactors! By that time no testing of fish will be required as they will be glowing in the dark. It is worth remembering that the Chernobyl disaster was controlled and entombed in a matter of months! What is the REAL story of the Fukushima disaster and what are the authorities hiding?
The solution as always is simplicity itself; if a public authority fails to perform its allotted task then the public has a RIGHT to DEMAND that it either fulfils its public obligation or is completely re-formed! Yes, sheeple, once again the responsibility falls on your jellyfish shoulders – however, if you eat more fish and drink more milk it will all soon go away!
In case you have forgotten, government is supposed to protect the public’s not private interests – America, you are an international laughing stock!
In other A-m-e-r-i-c-a-n news today, possible presidential candidate, Michele Bachmann, openly stated that “God would curse America if it abandoned Israel” – for fuck’s sake, would someone do the world a favour and just press the button on this demented, asylum nation!
