The Gibbering Bush
by nano Tuesday, Aug 28 2007, 1:40pm
international / social/political / commentary

In a speech to veterans yesterday Bush accused Iran for his failure in Iraq. Bush continued to spout tattered ideological crusade arguments of a world wide Islamic terrorist threat in a pathetic effort to camouflage the REALITY of AMERICAN OIL PLUNDER and U.S. MILITARY EXPANSIONISM in the Middle East. This demented Texan buffoon fools no one. The world stopped listening to this failure and U.S. propaganda a long time ago!

In true Texan rustic fashion Bush made the usual thinly veiled threats against Iran -- learnt from ‘bomb you back to the stone age’ Armitage and Bolton – but the world has tired of thin lies and even thinner propaganda. The weapons of freedom loving nations around the globe are slowing BUT VERY SURELY turning/targeting America and its colonial installations. I guess it’s becoming more difficult to hide the reality of world domination pursuits – PNAC!

Bush made what could only be described as a hysterical claim that “Iran’s actions threaten the security of nations everywhere,'' really, how is that? Iran is in absolutely no position to threaten anyone outside the immediate vicinity; Iran is suffering a faltering economy and has no long-range weapons! But Bush has never concerned himself with facts – that is the secret of his ‘success.’

However, Bush left no doubts as to U.S. intentions to (illegally) attack Iran, “we will confront this ‘danger’ before it is too late.'' [my emphasis.] I think he would have be better served just stating outright that America is gonna take whatever it wants from anyone whenever it chooses, stop us if you are able; that is how the world reads it, George, so why keep pretending you have ‘clothes?’

Not to be outdone in a word war by a Texan moron, the Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, responded to Bush’s rants by threatening to fill the “power vacuum” in Iraq after America’s inevitable defeat and withdrawal from the region -- touche' (and as I end the refrain, thrust ho!) Bush seems to be oblivious to his track record of complete FAILURE in every aspect of government -- an achievement in which historians will revel.

Bush hasn’t responded to Ahmadinejad's fusillade as he lacks advice on how exactly to reply; most of his closest advisers have been forced to depart, but Rove is still available by cellphone.

In a last ditch effort to gain support Bush dusted off the old ‘domino (terrorist) theory’ – that no one believes but his neo-cons. “Consider what would happen if these forces of radicalism are allowed to drive us out of the Middle East, the region would be dramatically transformed in a way that could imperil the civilised world.” There he goes with the whole world threat again, advice from his antiquated cold war warriors no doubt! The comparatively infinitesimal number of Islamic extremists in the world in no way represents an ‘international’ threat. What is clearly threatened, however, is Bush’s stolen oil and military influence in the region. Medical specialists view Bush’s behaviour as classical delusional megalomania, citing their mentally ill patients who constantly perceive themselves as encompassing the whole world.

If nothing else Bush has proven that regardless of other strengths a nation possesses inept government is a recipe for catastrophe. The question is whether the American people are able to replace Bush and his ‘new conservatives’ with competent representation – a quick look at the field of hopefuls would indicate, ‘it's all over now, Uncle Sam!’
