Independent Kosovo: a ‘unique’ impossibility

Destabilising the Balkans will prove to be the undoing of the EU and US. The major factors contributing to destabilisation are the intolerable violation of international law and convention; the illegal dismemberment of a sovereign state and the installation of a known murderer, drug and arms dealer, Hashim Thaci, as puppet leader of a pretend ‘nation!’

The world is familiar with America installing puppet leaders in Latin America and some Asian nations but not in Europe for reasons that are obvious – such impositions would simply not be tolerated in Europe. All attempts would be vigorously and justifiably challenged by nations affected.

In a feeble attempt to legitimise an invasive action in the Balkans America offers the most facile, moronic and breathtakingly naïve, excuse since Wolfowitz’s “bouquet of flowers” or Rumsfeld’s “unknown knowns” statements! America attempts to disinfect the illegal secession of Kosovo from Serbia by stating that it is a “unique” and singular event unrelated to other states -- it seems Serbia deserves less recognition as a state than other states or worse, its people are less important or less human and deserve less recognition than other people – this tactic is used by America and Israel in the Middle East.

The appalling message America transmits to the entire world is that America is above the Law!

The “unique event” excuse poses an interesting means to settle various political problems in the future. Nations protecting their territorial integrity or harbouring territorial designs on other nations would no doubt invoke the “unique event” precedent to justify illegal acts; a nuclear detonation could justifiably be just another ‘unique event!’ A world where all nations cited the ‘logic’ derived from America’s Adventures in Wonderland is a world gone mad!

A nation that is responsible for slaughtering over one million innocent civilians (Iraq) and is able to regard those deaths as acceptable ‘collateral damage’, is clearly criminally insane – Arabs aren’t really human are they? The illegal invasion of Iraq and the subsequent human holocaust occurred after the illegal bombing of Yugoslavia – tolerating illegalities encourages continued illegal behaviour.

America was tentative during its first foray in the Balkans; the lack of resistance from other nations was rightly interpreted as WEAKNESS and so we have a rogue nation on our hands today -- the USA!

After the Nazi experience of WWII the world undertook measures to prevent the occurrence of military expansionism in Europe. Laws were drafted and ratified and conventions signed. However, America chose to ignore these laws when it violently established a military presence in the Balkans, which remains to this day in the form of the largest US military base in Europe, camp Bondsteel in Kosovo!

Today the world is faced with America as the leading terrorist state of the 21st century.

Fortunately the world continues to view the deaths of over one million innocent civilians as a holocaust, regardless of the thin propaganda that issues from Washington.

Breaking the law is a criminal act. ‘Waterboarding’ is torture regardless of the idiotic euphemism, and violating the territorial integrity of a sovereign state is also a criminal act.

Regardless of all the feeble attempts to disguise or dress-up a turd as something other than shit, there is no escaping the stench!

In law there are no exceptions; one exception subverts the entire legal framework.

Kosovo is Serbia – there is no escaping that FACT!
