David Hicks receives Sentence - National Injustice/Law

A very convenient for Howard, 12-month “gag order” was also placed on Hicks, soon to return to Australia to serve his sentence. But the most revealing and outrageous aspect of the flagrantly illegal proceedings is the statement, Hicks was no doubt coerced into signing, indicating that he was “not abused” while in detention in the world’s most notorious illegal torture centre -- give us all a break! The USA may as well fly the Swastika on Capitol Hill today. The bovine U.S. population and sheeple throughout the world may be servile and passive but they are not completely stupid.

Reality is always plain and the Truth is simplicity itself; Hicks at no stage during his misguided adventures caused injury or death to any human being. In contrast the forces that convicted Hicks (Bush, Blair and Howard) are responsible for the deaths of over half-a-million innocent civilians in Iraq; the consequences of a now fully exposed illegal invasion – yes, the sky is still blue and the real criminals remain stained with the blood of innocents.

The aspiring U.S. lackey Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, had a golden opportunity to take the initiative and define himself as a citizen of a sovereign and independent nation. Faced with a clear decision Rudd chose servility. In relation to the Hicks decision Rudd stated he would comply with the “Law” – what fuckin’ Law, Kevin, you pissweak, pursed, little coward? The difference between Howard and Rudd is that Howard sucks harder, both ‘men’ however are on their knees – I am loath to mention the cauliflower ears!

Postscript to Hicks:
No apology required by this writer and many other Australians, mate. You have already paid dearly for your misadventures. I hope you were aware of the frantic desperation of the powers to have you plea. They now feel justified and you have set a precedent, which allows them to continue their criminal proceedings at Torture Bay. But like you we are all human, all too human! Regardless of all other factors you have displayed the fighting, battler spirit of a true Australian against the odds. In this regard you are in good company!

If anyone ever doubted the relationship of the conservative Howard government and the Oz mass media, the following opening line should clear any doubts as to the complicity of our 'independent' media:

"CONFESSED al-Qaeda terrorist David Hicks" .. has been adopted by most outlets after some consternation arose over the previous tag, "convicted terrorist.."

Again we draw attention to the fact that the US refused to be party to a universal definition of the term "terrorist" -- the reasons are obvious! The most valid criterion/assessment determining who or what is terrorist is the civilian death toll or the number of innocents killed by an individual or organisation.

Based on the above criterion the US, Britain and Australia are without peer as terrorist states. The coalition of willing invaders are jointly responsible for hundreds of thousands of innocent deaths. These 'liberators' have long since surpassed the killing record of the previous dictator, Saddam Hussein!

Hicks, with a zero killing record, is clearly NOT a terrorist yet his (terrorist) accusers label him as terrorist! Makes you wonder what the media and the conservative government are trying to achieve -- or is that obvious?

Let's not forget that the gag order placed on "CONFESSED al-Qaeda terrorist", Hicks is an obvious indication that someone has something to hide and its clearly not the party upon whom the gag order was placed.

I'm afraid the coalition has come out of this one second best. The world is in no doubt as to the identities of the real terrorists. When the people refuse to be distracted any longer with kindy tricks, they may seek satisfaction and incarcerate the REAL terrorists.

We wish to advise that we will be posting material under the name of “David Hicks” as the gag order only applies to a single individual. Furthermore, we encourage everyone to use that tag for all revealing and relevant posts!

Regardless of all attempts to convince us to the contrary, the death toll and money trail point directly to the guilty parties.
