The Political Suicide of Malcolm Turnbull

The wealthy, conservative, Eastern Suburbs of Sydney should provide a very safe seat for the conservatives; however, recent polls indicate that Malcolm Turnbull, ‘future Prime Minister,’ is under siege from both the Labor candidate and independent conservatives. It seems our arrogant Environment Minister is facing a very short-lived career as a sitting member of Parliament.

A forceful, wealthy, connected and IMPATIENT Turnbull should review the history of his own party, especially the failure of a previous ‘future Prime Minister,’ Andrew Peacock. The previous pretender to the throne realised too late that his self-assurance and arrogance was misplaced – he failed to achieve his ambition. It seems the Australian people continue to cling to the belief that it is they who select ‘future Prime Ministers!’ The people take quiet but great offence when their prerogatives are taken for granted and Turnbull’s arrogance is leading him to a similar fate suffered by his vain and arrogant Liberal predecessor, Andrew Peacock.

Most seasoned local politicians are aware of the peculiarly Oz ‘Peacock’ syndrome but it seems arrogant Environment Minister Turnbull is blinded by his supporters, sycophants, vested interests and a plethora of paid flatterers; notwithstanding he has many powerful enemies. [‘owz it goin,’ Geoff?]

Interesting evidence of our biased mass media emerged this week when a Turnbull lackey journalist from a ‘respected’ right-wing newspaper propositioned an independent, Danielle Ecuyer, in Turnbull’s electorate with "front page" coverage in return for our ‘golden haired boy’ receiving her preferences! The flagrant compromise of our ‘independent’ media and journalistic integrity notwithstanding, the running independent, Danielle Ecuyer, took offence and exposed the legal but highly questionable offer – can’t understand it!

Australian conservatives are noted for their brazen, unwise, inappropriate, stupid behaviour; nevertheless, the public owes a debt of gratitude to the running independent for exposing the machinations of the ‘Turnbull push’. The rank odour of this scandal will no doubt follow our impatient, arrogant, golden haired boy straight to political oblivion – and it couldn’t have happened to a more deserving prick.

It may be too late for a viable political future but it’s never too late to learn, Malcolm; we suggest researching the meaning of the words, NEOPHYTE, NOVICE; a good ‘start’ for any future enterprise!

Whoever PREMATURELY launched the slogan, “future Prime Minister,” displays little knowledge of the Oz cultural sensibility. You have no one to blame but your very precious, stupid self, Mal.
