Following the AMERICAN trend of Government influencing/interfering with the independence of the Courts, South Australia, the first State that attempted to implement American police state tactics in Oz, failed in its corrupt bid. The AUSTRALIAN High Court bench (6 from 7 Judges) ruled in favour of the Bikers to freely associate! The judges also expressed their contempt for the South Australian Government for attempting to institute such an oppressive policy.

Australia's economic growth comes at expense of workers' wages and conditions

THE blowout in the cost of living could be directly blamed on companies and governments shifting financial responsibilities and risks on to workers, according a report released by unions. A report, by the Sydney University Workplace Research Centre, found that while Australia had massive economic growth over the past 40 years, wages had been constrained, costs had eaten up a greater percentage of income and more than two million jobs were now part-time or casual.

Rudd’s communications minister Stephen Conroy was forced to admit, in Parliament, that the $24 (wasted) million, ISP filter plan could easily and LEGALLY be circumvented. Conroy admitted that circumvention techniques – VPN and Proxy server methods -- had been demonstrated to him personally at Enex Testlab in Melbourne. Conroy confirmed that no legal measures would be applied to ISPs to prohibit the use of the above circumvention methods – so what’s the point of the expensive (now failed) filter plan I hear you say? In perhaps one of the worst examples of cynical politics this nation has seen, incumbent Australian PM, Kevin ‘show pony’ Rudd, is attempting to distract the attention of the population away from his ruinous policy failures by implementing minor tax and health reforms and attacking the 'soft target,' tobacco industry. However, the list of Rudd’s failures, which range from Japanese whaling, ETS, computers for every student, home insulation debacle, ‘borderless’ security and indebting OUR nation and future generations to nefarious foreign Banksters (stimulus) that print ‘fiat’ (toilet-paper) money in exchange for our REAL assets, are far too prominent to be ignored or brushed away. Rudd’s track record does not exactly fill one with confidence; we now know that Rudd is less concerned with positive results than he is with appearances, distractions and political trickery. The Australian PM, Kevin ‘CENSORSHIP’ Rudd, has been rightly accused of philistinism by analysts, commentators and Australian artists. While in Adelaide the PM managed to avoid every major cultural event for which the city is known. For those not familiar with the term, wiki defines a Philistine as ‘a person that despises, undervalues or is unable to appreciate Art, Beauty, Intellectual Content, the Abstract, and Spiritual/Inspirational realities. Philistines are also said to be materialistic, conservative and favour convention.’ It is hardly surprising that a parochial bureaucrat from Pauline Hanson’s State of Queensland is a narrow minded materialist! After re-introducing REGRESSIVE INFORMATION CENSORSHIP and bypassing safety assessments to rush through the installation of DANGEROUS full-body X-ray scanners at Australian airports, we couldn’t imagine Rudd opposing the wishes of the public again. However, in a move guaranteed to make him a target for assassination, Rudd, against the wishes of growers, retailers and consumers (everyone), is lifting the ban on Mad Cow Beef imports! This is perhaps the most overtly contemptuous gesture Rudd has ever displayed toward the Australian public. Former Guantanamo detainee, Mamdouh Habib, won a Federal Court decision to proceed with an action against the Federal Government for complicity in his tortuous three-year ordeal at the hands of the CIA and other AMERICAN CRIMINAL ORGANISATIONS – no case was ever brought against Habib by the U.S. after three years of illegal detention, torture and rendition to various CIA torture facilities in Egypt, Pakistan and elsewhere.
