Indians questioned over 'terrorist bongings' image Oz police capture terrorist’s shadow chequer, Tuesday, Jul 3 2007, 2:42pm
Acting on information received from British authorities, internationally renowned for pumping 7 bullets into the head of an innocent Brazilian worker, the local chapter of the keystone cops has swung into action and arrested, detained, abused, intimidated and otherwise harassed a number of dark skinned Asian gentlemen who have been competently serving the nation during its medical crisis – a crisis resulting from incompetent government I might add. WASHINGTON, June 27 — The Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday issued subpoenas to the White House, Vice President Dick Cheney’s office and the Justice Department after what the panel’s chairman called “stonewalling of the worst kind” of efforts to investigate the National Security Agency’s policy of wiretapping without warrants. cops.jpg image Infiltration and Inefficiencies in State Regulatory Agencies dingo, Sunday, Jun 17 2007, 2:44pm
[The following story relates to ALL western regulatory agencies regardless of this local example.]

The fact that no one really knows anyone allows for an extremely broad scope of activity in all agency environments especially in circumstances where ethnic personnel are required. Few people forfeit their original cultural allegiances for the agencies’ or their adopted nation’s – this applies to numerous generations born (but victimised and discriminated against) in their adopted countries. Australian racism has made it particularly difficult to recruit patriotic personnel from ethnic backgrounds. (story and 1 comment and 2 images)

USS Liberty remembered image Remembering the USS Liberty: Four Decades Later William Hughes via rialator, Saturday, Jun 9 2007, 12:55pm
[Ed. EVERYONE is expendable; the forces that control Washington and most of the world have no national allegiances, these organisations use nationalism and tribalism to achieve their ends, however, it should be clearly understood that these Transnational organisations have only one allegiance, PROFIT -- regardless of the cost in human lives!

The puppet Bush regime is the result of a devolution that started a long time ago; everyone is urged to investigate the USS Liberty and the Gulf of Tonkin 'incidents'. Know the nature of the beast and you will understand the nature of the game.] (story and 1 comment and 1 image)

GUANTANAMO BAY U.S. NAVAL BASE, Cuba (Reuters) - U.S. military judges dropped all war crimes charges on Monday against the only two Guantanamo captives facing trial, rulings that could preclude trying any of the 380 prisoners held at the U.S. base in Cuba any time soon.

We thank National Security correspondent to the Australian Broadcasting Commission (‘our’ ABC) Leigh Sales, for revealing her flagrant bias in relation to the David Hicks case. We were almost tempted to read her book, “Detainee 002 …”, until today’s extremely revealing report. (story and 1 image)

Read it and demand accountability -- arrest Howard! image Hicks revelations: Ruddock in damage control Kingfisher, Friday, Apr 27 2007, 3:15pm
American military prosecutors admit David Hicks was no threat whatsoever, he would have been a “total liability” to Al-Qaeda prosecutors admitted to Australian journalist Leigh Sales. This information flatly contradicts the ‘dangerous terrorist’ image of Hicks sold to the Australian public by Howard and his ministers, Downer and Ruddock! The already beleaguered Howard has suffered another major blow to his and his government’s credibility and ‘integrity’. Howard’s appalling dereliction of duty to Hicks has been openly exposed by his closest ally, America! Perhaps our ‘fearless’ leader should have thought twice prior to ceding the nation to the Yanks. The only one not heeding the very clear message that he is yesterday’s man, is Johnny himself, but as stated previously the genus of rodent clings to survival to the last dying twitch. Snoop Dogg image Wonderland Down Under: Snoop Dogg refused visa dingo, Thursday, Apr 26 2007, 10:25pm
Internationally known racist, war criminal, Iraqi holocaust denier and coward prime minister of Australia, John Howard stated that [black] entertainer Snoop Dogg had been banned from entering Australia for “sound reasons … I have to be careful what I say in these matters but he has been ... well there are certain judgments that are made on certain advice that I can't go into, but the reasons for banning him are sound," said Howard. Perhaps the black rapper is also a HIV carrier and votes Democrat! Howard recently levelled more criticism at US Democrats in relation to the war in Iraq. The absurdity and hypocrisy of Howard’s behaviour is reaching levels unimagined by even his most fervent critics. (story and 1 image)

text David Hicks receives Sentence dingo, Friday, Mar 30 2007, 10:49am
Notice the use of language -- Australian news radio (12 noon) today broadcast that “convicted terrorist, David Hicks, receives nine month sentence...” – shame on ABC news radio, one can only wonder whether the choice of wording reflected the fundamentalist conservative, evangelical christian values of the Howard-loving producer, who will remain nameless in this report. Unlike American loving evangelical christians, most Australians accept “convictions” as a result of fair trials and due legal process NOT sordid kangaroo court 'determinations'. (story and 1 comment)

Hicks suffered the Camp X-Ray torture centre -- now closed image Aussie Torture Victim pleads ‘Guilty’ finch, Monday, Mar 26 2007, 12:14pm
In circumstances that could only be described as ‘railroading’ and coercive, the Aussie battler, David Hicks has pleaded guilty to one count of providing material support to terrorists. Few Australians, including leading legal advocates accept the ‘trial’ of Hicks as legally legitimate. The flagrantly rogue court convened under the most biased and unfair conditions also disqualified Hicks’ civilian lawyers at the last minute. Hicks’ (now) disqualified lawyers accused the presiding judge, Lieutenant Colonel Ralph Kohlmann of making up the rules as he went along – there is nothing new in the ‘legal’ proceedings at Guantanamo Bay! Blair, Bush and Howard image Gung-ho Politics dingo, Thursday, Mar 8 2007, 9:40am
Are we able to remain in denial or is reality about to rub our noses in the horrid mess WE have created since allowing Bush, Blair and Howard to lie to the world and commit their respective populations to an illegal, pre-emptive war, or have we overlooked the real prize, the golden opportunity? The age of mass murder with impunity has dawned, what harm our minor exploits in comparison? The ‘new’ (neo) values of conservatism are undeniably the self-serving impulses of a violent pig at a trough. After centuries of social development and evolution the world stands witness to the re-introduction of barbarism. America and its coalition of willing criminals have returned the world to the ethics of a Swine – gung fuckin’ ho! Gimme, gimme, gimme, me, me, me and screw you – brother's keeper, you must be joking! (story and 1 comment and 2 images)

Guantanamo (illegal) Bay imagePDF Document Hicks Update: Determined to Fight Cleaves Editorial Team, Friday, Mar 2 2007, 9:35pm
An Australian son abandoned by the nation and his government has decided to fight the fabricated charges brought against him by the criminal Bush regime. You bloody little bewdy! Against all odds and after years of psychological and physical torture Hicks proves his mettle. The murdering yanks and the slimy Howard government COULDN’T BREAK OUR LITTLE AUSSIE FIGHTER! One can only imagine the forlorn faces of the Howard servile government that no doubt desperately hoped Hicks would break and accept a plea bargain in time for the elections. The Hicks case as previously stated has all the ingredients to bring down the servile government of John ‘deputy-sheriff’ Howard. (story and 2 comments and 2 images and 1 attached file)

The very dishonourable John Howard image Hicks, Howard and Rogue USA nano, Friday, Mar 2 2007, 6:20am
Anyone familiar with the criminal tactics of thoroughly corrupt State Institutions would not be surprised to learn of the plea bargain offered Guantanamo Bay detainee, David Hicks. After five years of torture and various other forms of physical and psychological abuse, the U.S. has offered a deal that would see Hicks released from Guantanamo but not necessarily from continued incarceration. David Hicks image Oklahoma bombing conspirator claim Pamela Manson via rialator, Thursday, Mar 1 2007, 8:07am
Much is being made of laws instituted after the Oklahoma bombing and the Hicks prosecution. The American prosecutors of David Hicks and the Australian Attorney General, Philip Ruddock, have made reference to these laws in relation to the Hicks case.

The following article from The Salt Lake Tribune today throws new light on the original bombing. At the very least these claims need to be fully investigated, as the resulting additions to American Law are now instrumental in the prosecution of the Australian citizen, David Hicks. David Hicks: 5 years of Torture image American Torture on Trial Naomi Klein via rialator, Monday, Feb 26 2007, 9:07pm
February 26, 2007 -- Something remarkable is going on in a Miami courtroom. The cruel methods US interrogators have used since September 11 to "break" prisoners are finally being put on trial. This was not supposed to happen. The Bush Administration's plan was to put José Padilla on trial for allegedly being part of a network linked to international terrorists. But Padilla's lawyers are arguing that he is not fit to stand trial because he has been driven insane by the government. (story and 2 images)
