It is no secret today that Capitalism’s last, desperate pitch to survive depends on (grossly unfair) Carbon Trading/Emission Schemes. Not surprisingly the Corporate world has dispatched their LACKEY politicians to implement Carbon Trading schemes in the respective nations in which they hold sway. However, schemes that disadvantage the average person with CRUSHING additional TAXES while COMPENSATING Industry/Big Business for polluting, may prove a very hard sell to say the least – one national leader EXPOSED, who’s next? All attempts by puppet governments to implement carbon trading (ETS) are doomed to failure for a very simple reason; their ‘solution' is the problem! Allow me to clarify – every man and his dog is aware that Criminal Corporatists are responsible for the collapse of the global economy and that laissez-faire Capitalism is the ideological cause of all our current woes. The collapse of the Palestinian Authority, the result of Israel’s 42-year refusal to implement a two-state solution, leaves the Palestinians no option but to unilaterally declare an independent state. Israel acted unilaterally when it announced independence in 1948. It is the Palestinians’ turn. It worked in Kosovo. It worked in Georgia. And it will work in Palestine. There are 192 member states in the United Nations and as many as 150 would recognize the state of Palestine, creating a diplomatic nightmare for Israel and its lonely ally the United States. Israel will face worldwide censure if it attempts to crush the independent state by force and very likely be subjected to the kind of divestment campaigns and boycotts that brought down the apartheid government of South Africa.

Desperate for any diversionary tactic, the White House PR machine has opted to hold the trial of alleged 9/11 “mastermind,” Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, in New York! However, the problem for American ‘justice’ (ROFL) is the widespread knowledge of a ‘confession’ obtained under torture – Sheikh Mohammed was subjected to 183 separate instances of ‘waterboarding’ by the State -- and as any first year Law student would inform you, any case against the Sheikh would have been severely compromised as a result. But in the lobotomised land of cowboys, a minor technicality like a confession obtained under torture is not a problem -- the White House has been flouting every civilised Law in the world since the Balkan intervention – how many civilians have we killed this month, Uncle Sam?
